    THE BRAKES FAILED IN A ACCIDENT. CONSUME RWAS DRIVING DOWN A STEEP HILL AND HE APPLIED BRAKES, VEHICLE SKIDDED INTO ANOTHER CAR COMING UP THE HILL. THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKES SYSTEM DIDN'T KICK IN AT ALL. *AK
