The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH and depressing the brake pedal to come to a complete stop at the traffic stop light, the vehicle inadvertently lost motive power and stopped in the middle of the roadway. The contact stated that upon restarting the vehicle, the vehicle operated as needed. The contact stated that the failure recurred several times while driving, and the vehicle was able to restart after several attempts. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed the contact of an unknown recall but did not provide a diagnosis. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V461000(Power Train), but the VIN was not included. No further information was provided. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened. The manufacturer referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 135,000.

The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing difficulty starting. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired at the contact's expense; however the failure reoccurred approximately two months later. The contact contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V813000 (Electrical System); however, the VIN was not included. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made not aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 140,000.

Right sliding door does not lock when lock button is pushed and will swing open during driving and can be opened when parked while the lock system is still in place. Also the door when manually closed has trapped an arm and does not stop closing. Also have bubbles on front hood from unknown cause. Door problem started several weeks ago and was looked at then and also today at the dealer.

The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram. The contact stated when refueling the vehicle, the fuel did not enter the fuel tank as intended, however, the fuel spilled out onto the ground. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact was informed that the repair was not eligible for coverage under the warranty program SB-10056513-6651, which had a similar failure description. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

TIPM failure. Vehicle fails to start ("crank, no start" or it acts likes it's out of gas) and/or fuel pump continues pumping after turning the vehicle off (draining battery).The vehicle stalls while driving which has created very unsafe conditions. There has been recalls on other dodge vehicles with same problem. This needs to be a uniform recall on all affected vehicles.

The contact owns a 2015 Dart Dart. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds the vehicle would not properly accelerate and a rattling noise was present coming from under the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the catalytic converter was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Also, after parking the ignition key could not be immediately removed from the ignition switch do to a faulty shift cable. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failures but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 140,000.

The contact owns a 2024 Dodge Hornet. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V752000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

I purchased a DODGE 2023 CHALLENGER SRT HELLCAT WIDEBODY JAILBREAK with manual transmission in October 2023. In April of 2024 I noticed that the AC did not work when the vehicle was NOT in motion and the OUTSIDE temperature was more than 90 degrees. I took it to a local dealer ship and they kept troubleshooting the vehicle with Dodge and could not fix the issue. Come to find out, all 2023 manual transmission Challenger Hellcats have the same issue. This is effecting approximately 628+ vehicles. Dodge Care states they are aware of the issue and are working on it internally, however no ETA or timeline has been given to the customers of the affected vehicles. Severe rust to vehicle frame COMMON TO THIS VEHICLE, no accident. Rust has corroded frame despite normal use and normal care. Vehicle hasn't reached 75k miles yet, and the frame is failing. How is this not a recall?

Drivers side LED running light died - this issue has been all over the internet on 2021 Durango SXT Plus, and other Durango vehicles with LED bulbs. Bulbs themselves cannot be replaced - the entire housing must be, and the price is extreme for the product. This is a Dodge safety issue, not a personal one!
