Car stalled and left entire family stranded on side of the road. After taking to mechanic was told it needed new spark plugs. After $1000 for new spark plugs the van immediately had the same issue after leaving mechanic and caused entire family to be stranded overnight in below 0 temperatures. 2nd quote reads as follows... FRONT CYLINDER HEAD EXHAUST VALVE IS LEAKING OR POSSABLY DAMAGED. CAUSING THE CYLINDER TO MISSFIRE, ROUGH IDLE, AND LOSS OF POWER. RECOMMEND NEW CYLINDER HEAD WITH VALVES. ESTIMATE: $4,049.50+tax This is a commonly reported issue and still no recall.

March 10th 2023 . Driver side door panel Caught on fire. The panel has was replaced by National Auto Sales 3 times. It renders me (the owner) of 2012 dodge journey not to able to open the driver side door & all the windows. I think this is very dangerous & a safety issue.

Battery died twice on 2 separate occasions since the day car was received on 1/17. Car was ‘serviced’ after the first time battery died, but this morning I could not get it to turn on again. This car has been giving me nothing but issues and I haven’t had it for a month yet.

We have been to the dealership multiple times about the electrical issues that we are having with the vehicle. The dealership has not been able to correct the issue so we are pursuing the lemon law. We received an offer from Dodge to buy this vehicle back but they are not being reasonable with the amount they are willing to give. We would not be going through this if it wasn’t for the electrical issues that we are having therefore we do not feel like we should be penalized for something that we cannot control. We are scared that the vehicle will catch fire due to all of the electrical issues that we have with this vehicle.

The L.E.D light strip on the back of the car completely failed so now the whole middle of the rear is non working. Without this working now it is not as safe driving at night because other vehicles might not be able to notice me as well as usual. This has been a continuing problem with absolutely no interest in fixing it or repairing the problem with the manufacturer or dealership which is costing consumers alot of money out of pocket for somthin they shouldn't be responsible for. When this occurred there was no warning signs no sign of any damage at all and not even any water built up inside the components , I have seen other vehicles that had what looked like a cup of water in there light and it still was working except for maybe some dim areas but with my situation I don't see how my whole component could just fail all together more going on then just water getting in it.

Water intrusion into the rear taillights causing LED assembly to burn out. This potentially renders the vehicle not visible to other drivers at night time without running lights.

On [XXX] after filling van with gas I entered and started my van. I noticed the gas cap was open so I put the van in park, took my foot off the brake, took off my seat belt, opened the door and exited leaving the door open. After a couple minutes while I was putting the gas cap back on, the vehicle started to back up. With the drivers door open, I tried to jump back in to stop it but it was going too fast. I then got caught in the door which dragged me a couple hundred feet before I fell out. It continued in reverse until it hit a huge gas price sign doing over $12,000.00 in damages. I went to the er due to an enormous black bruise on my stomach. The performed 3 ct scans that totaled $19,000.00+. I immediately made an appt with a Dodge dealership to have it looked at, but they couldn't get me in until [XXX]. In the meantime, after 9 weeks of repairs were done (still not completed) I brought it to a reliable trans shop, Lee County Transmission in Ft. Myers Fl. and they have confirmed that it has a recall on it issued July 8, 2020, safety recall W48/NHTSA 20E-037 PTU input spline. It went into the Dodge repair shop today, that claims there are NO recalls on the vehicle and are currently inspecting it. seat headrest deployed while car was sitting in the driveway...would have been a problem if driver had been driving pass.side deployed on 1 30 24....driver side deployed 1 30 24

When in the highway assist, i turn the cruise control on, and every 5 to 10 minutes the highway assist will turn off and i get a code saying Addition Service required. It seems that all new Dodge hornets have this code. ive gone to Dodge Dealers and they all say there is no issue.

Check engine light came on. Had it looked at and fixed. Misfire cyclinder 2. Had all sparks plugs and coils replaced. Engine light keeps coming on and off. Had it looked at by a dodge dealership who said they have fixed dozens of 2018-2019 dodge grand caravan for this same issue. They are having to go in a completely replace the top of the motor. This is a $5,000 repair. Not cheap at all for a $22,000 vehicle.
