2019 ENTEGRA VISION- Winterhaven, CA
My vehicle is a bit low in the back so I wanted to install Timbren FRF53A Suspension Enhancement System (SES). This issue applies to F53 chassis 16K and 18K. Higher GVWR are fully compatible. The problem occurs on the driver's side because the rubber flexes on the metal brake line. That will weaken it over time and it will break. I do not know if there has been an accident but it is waiting to happen. Please find a picture showing the issue where the rubber is stuck between the sway bar bracket and the break line. The picture is a grab from an Installer video.

2021 ENTEGRA ODYSSEY- Chehalis , WA
I was sent a letter in the mail from “Ford Motor Company “. The letter was a safety recall reminder . About a recall number 22S08 describing a possible failure with the Hydroboost line leaking . I received the notice July of 2022 . In efforts to get my local dealer (Awesome Ford) in Chehalis, Washington , to do the recall , They choose to tell me the aren’t able to do the work . How can a dealership choose what the do and don’t want to do . They say that they don’t have a hoist , but yet they are a RV dealer as well . I feel that I am getting stonewalled by the dealership , yes I didn’t buy my rv there but that’s not a reason to fix a factory recall is it ? The recall says it increases the risk of a crash . Any help will be truly appreciated. I am to darn old to fight with these idiots

2019 ENTEGRA ANTHEM- Livingston , TX
The rear bathroom window, on the left side (driver’s side), separated and fell off the coach. The incident was not observed in real time but discovered after a stop at an RV park. The window fell off somewhere along a busy Interstate. This is a potential hazardous if not life threatening condition. There is a recall for these windows (NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V529000), but apparently my coach was manufactured before the manufacturer complete day. Below is the details on that particular window: WINDOW,18X24 7690 BLK Lippert Components (LCI) part number of V000512571 As you might expect I am terrified that another window might separate and damage another vehicle, or worse cause serious injury or death to unsuspecting motorist. I have never reported a an incident with the NHTSA but would think that this occurrence would raise some serious alarm bells with whoever reviews this submission.

2021 ENTEGRA ESTEEM- Osprey, FL
The RV had been driven about 20,000 miles and had about 250 accumulated hours on the onboard ONAN 4000 generator. I performed an oil change and did a test run of the generator when I happened to notice major generator tail pipe movement particularly during the start operation but which also continued during normal run operations. So I began to investigate and discovered that the tail pipe suspension mount nearest the exhaust point had become separated from the body of the coach but was still attached to the exhaust pipe. The mount was attached with a single bolt into a blind hole in the body panel. The mount had a very long perforated steel blade which was fastened to the body at only one low location. When the mount became dislodged, the steel blade was moving around significantly causing major abrasion to the generator electrical power line. On further observation, I found shafing abrasions on the fuel line feeding the generator due to interference with cables, bolts and frame elements. So there was a bolt departure from the vehicle at some point and the tail pipe in time would have fatigued and broken off the vehicle. Concurrently, the power lines were being cut to the point that at some point it would have caused an electrical short with the possibility of an electrical fire. The fuel line may have ruptured at some point and caused a fuel related fire. The vibrating blade could have generated sparks to ignite the fuel. If the tail pipe had fatigued off with out notice, exhaust fumes would be released under the vehicle causing carbon monoxide poisoning. The combination of road hazards from departing components, potential electrical fires, potential fuel fires, and carbon monoxide poisoning makes this safety issue particularly dangerous and warrants a recall. I repaired issues cutting the excess blade length down, using silicone wear wraps, tie straps, electrical tape and reinstalling a fastener. Thread sealants should be used on a two bolt mount

2022 ENTEGRA ETHOS- Tampa, FL
This Dodge Pro Master Van is the housing for my Entegra Ethos Li 20T RV camper van, Unit Serial No: [XXX]. It was manufactured by Jayco in their Entegra facility. I purchased this RV in Tampa, FL at the LazyDays Dealership. I was on my first long road trip with my vehicle and staying at the Elkhart Campground in Elkhart, IN. On August 12, 2022 I was driving my vehicle when the smoke alarm went off. I pulled off the road and got out quickly. Not seeing smoke, I entered the vehicle via the passenger side sliding door. Right away there was a strong metallic smell in the air. I turned off the coach air conditioning unit and all other items. I opened all the windows and drove to the LazyDays dealership in Elkhart. I told them what had happened and asked the service department to look at the coach. On August 13th they were able to give me their diagnosis results. I had a thermal event. The computer board inside the a/c unit was melted. The wrong size wire connectors were used for the 8 gauge wires. The wrong connector had let the wires slip out causing them to touch and result in the thermal event. The technician also checked the wiring connections in the rest of the coach and found two nuts used to hold down wires and fuses near my batteries were loose allowing for possible arcing in this location also. On September 30, 2022 I received TSB#:22-075 from Jayco Motorized Division. I already have an appointment with LazyDays in Tampa. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
