    The contact owns a 1995 Fleetwood American Eagle RV equipped with Goodyear Tires, Tire Line: G159, Tire Size: 265/75/R22.5, DOT Number: (NA). The contact stated while driving 65 MPH with the cruise control activated in the State if Iowa, the rear passenger’s side outer side tire had a blowout. The contact was able to park on the side of the road and called roadside assistance to replace the tire. The tire was replaced. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH on cruise control in the State of Nebraska, the rear passenger’s side inner tire had a blowout and was also shredded, causing a fracture to the wheel well. The contact continued driving 10 MPH to a nearby tire shop, where the passenger’s side inner tire was replaced. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH on cruise control in the state of Missouri, the front passenger’s side tire experienced a blowout. The contact parked near a highway patrol station. The contact called roadside assistance to replace the front passenger’s side tire. The tire was replaced. The contact stated he replaced all other tires later on after the trip. The contact stated that on December 12, 2021, while driving 65 MPH on cruise control in the State of Georgia, the rear passenger’s side outer tire had a blowout. The contact was able to drive to a nearby tire shop and had the tire replaced. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 106,000.

    WHILE IN MOTION, THE TIRE ON THE LEFT (THE STEERING AXLE TIRE) FAILED AND BLEW OUT. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN VEHICLE TO GET IT BACK IN CONTROL. THIS IS THE FIRST BLOW OUT, BUT IT IS THE 3RD TIRE TO FAIL ON THIS VEHICLE.(GOODYEAR TIRE 265 75R225) *JG
