    I was driving at freeway speeds on the interstate when I hit a divot in the pavement. My truck started shaking violently and I could barely control the steering and/or hold onto the steering wheel. When I applied the brakes, the issue worsened. I was finally able to find a spot to pull off. The shaking stopped and I was able to re-enter the freeway. This issue has occurred on three separate occasions. The first incident occurred on or about March 31, 2025, as described above. The second and third incident occurred yesterday, May 11th, mirroring the conditions of March 31st.

In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer more than fourteen times regarding the failure. The contact stated that the failure occurred while the vehicle was driven above 50 MPH. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The contact was advised to contact the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 154,000.
