While reversing the contact crashed, into a parked vehicle. There were no injuries or police reports filed. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V598000 (Back Over Prevention) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000. Campaign/NHTSA# 23S48/23V598 Even though Ford Motor website sows the fix for the recall is available, when we approach the authorized dealers they are saying it is not available. I have contacted two authorized dealers and none of them are able to fix the issue, saying the parts not avaialble. Dealers that I have contacted are: AutoNation Ford Jacksonville (10720 Phillips Highway Jacksonville, FL 32256 (904) 865-5509) Coggin Ford (9650 Atlantic Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32225 (904) 893-2735) This is pretty much not drivable now the camera hardly works anytime.
