THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR TIRES WERE CRACKED AND THE TREAD WAS SEPARATING. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. NEITHER THE VIN NOR THE DOT NUMBER WAS AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED.
