    TIRE TREAD SEPARATED FROM TIRE. SECOND WRANGLER HT TIRE TO SEPARATE. BOTH INSTANCES CAUSED DAMAGE TO VEHICLE AND OCCURRED AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS.
