    The contact owns a 2014 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite. The contact stated that the two axles were fractured. The contact's husband stated that while changing the tire he noticed that the driver’s side wheel was broken. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was unknown.
