    Improper welding on chassis frame extensions. 6 individual points for welds and insufficient and pose an extreme safety risk. National General Insurance sent out an inspector and I have a report denying my claim under insurance and calling this a manufacturer default (Chevy Chassis, Forest River Sunseeker C Class Motorhome) Reported to Chevrolet 9/25 and the say because it's out of warranty, I can submit a claim to Cost Assistance with no guarantees.

    - El Dorado Hills, CA

    The mounting bracket for the leveling system hydraulic pump dislodged from the frame - the weld broke. The hydralic reservoir tank falls to the pavement and can cause a serious accident and/or fire. I see Jayco issued a recall for the exact same issue (Bulletin #(s): 20V-780 US Units 2021-009 CN Units). Forest River has not. There are other discussions of this problem on the Forest River forums - [XXX] [XXX] There were no warnings of any kind. I am working with the manufacturer but they are saying it is our of warrany. This is a dangerous defect and should be addressed as a major saftey concern. There are 14,000+ miles on the motorhome. 2019 Forest River Sunseeker 3050s.   • 2019 FOREST RIVER SUNSEEKER
    - Boise, ID

    The contact owns a 2019 Forest River Sunseeker RV. The contact stated that while the vehicle was in for routine service it was discovered that the rooftop solar panel was no longer attached to the vehicle. The contact was informed by the mechanic that the panel was missing and possibly detached while the vehicle was being driven on the highway. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 16,115.
