2021 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE- Lenoir, NC
I purchased a 2021 Cherokee Grey Wolf travel trailer in May of 2021. After pulling only twice I noticed that the unit side trekked when in tow towards the passenger side shifting the rear of the trailer approximately 6-8 inches toward the passenger side compared to the trailer's front body lines. I scheduled service for the unit at my locale Forest River Repair Shop where they identified that the 1 of the 2 axles were bent. This defect caused this unit to sway very dramatically at times when traveling down the road. It also increased the blind spot on the passenger side and increased tire wear due to the fact that the wheels were not in line with one another which could have resulted in premature tire failure if not noticed.

2020 FOREST RIVER BERKSHIRE- Truckee, CA
The contact owns a 2020 Forest River Berkshire RV. The contact stated that when he purchased the RV and parked at his residence, the headlights failed to operate as designed. The failure recurred and the RV was taken back to the dealer a second time. The contact was informed that the vehicle was repaired however, after picking up the vehicle the headlights failed to operate while driving the RV. The contact stated that during nighttime driving the hi-beam headlight had to be used to drive safely. The contact was concerned that the hi-beam headlights could cause a crash with oncoming vehicles. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. bolts that have attached to cab of trailer have broken and or detached, causing cab of trailer to come off. Because of shifting of cab this has caused leaf springs brackets to bend and frame to crack.

2019 FOREST RIVER VIBE- Spearfish, SD
The propane stopped working, I had just installed new refilled tanks and was troubleshooting so I turned on the refrigerator propane and waited outside for it to light. When it tries to light there is a big whooshing noise coming from the burner. I have never heard that before when running my refrigerator off of my propane. I went to listen at the tanks to see if I can hear propane going through the lines, I do hear propane, but the burner will not light. Nothing propane wise currently works. I did some internet research and came across the Jayco recall with the exact same regulator part that I have. I called Forest River and they said since they do not have a recall on that part, they will do nothing about it. They gave me a number for the distributor, which I called, he told me they also do not have a recall on it and also will not replace it he also said the manufacturer will also not replace it because they also do not have a recall on it. I find this to be a huge safety issue, as reading the recall Jayco put out it appears that the regulator could put out to much propane and cause a fire.
