Was driving in a parking lot. When driving slow My brakes got stiff and I couldn’t stop it was so stiff it didn’t want to stop I had my kids and wife. Scary and unsafe. Told GMC there was a recall they said it was already fixed with my situation. But just cuz you see on the computer it doesn’t mean it’s fixed. So they said I got to pay but it’s in a recall already but properly not reboot right.

We recently noticed a persistent Trailer Braking Alert. When the Alert occurs it changes the center display and it plays an audible tone repeatedly. Both of these are a distraction to the driver. We do not normally pull a trailer, and when we do it is not one controlled by the trailer braking system. However this limits the vehicles usefulness since this would disable trailer braking of one were connected. This has been demonstrated to the dealer and we are awaiting resolution.

General Motors sent out email to all GM Dealers on 7/1/2021 regarding recall N202324251 which stated until further notice the involved vehicles that are in dealers' possession new or used inventory must be held and cannot be delivered to customers, dealer traded, etc. I traded for this vehicle on 12/3/2021. Called dealership on 2/10/22 to no avail after I received this email about the vehicle I had traded for. I Called General Motors on 2/11/2022 spoke to Christian in customer service. On 2/14/2022 problem was turned over to Kianna in regional per Christian. Left several meassages for Kianna on 2/14/2022. She returned my call on 2/15/2022 and said she would start buy back and that another department handles the buy back, but they have to go through her and that she would call on 2/17/2022 to let me know what was going on with the buy back. She did not call back.Have called several times and left messages since the 17th. Finally got to talk with her on 2/23/2022 for 5 minutes and was told that buy back had to be approved first and was put on hold for 1 hour while she looked up the case on her computer. I am not driving this vehicle.since it states that roof rail can explode while sitting idle. I want a full refund and the dealer to pick up the vehicle.
