Car keeps throwing Poo14 code for VVt sensor, I’ve replaced the sensors and checked wiring on the side of the road and no damage found, went online and read multiple complaints and recalls on the same issue I’m having with my car. I enter my vin and no recalls have been found. I have a 2020 gmc Acadia Denali 3.6l v6. As well and the rear view camera cutting in and out multiple times anlmost causing an wreck. and a system update didn’t fix the issue.

It has been several months since recall on L87 was issued. My truck now has over 44k miles and I’ve contacted the dealer, they note there’s no fix in sight. I’ve been having some issues with engine sluggishness on acceleration at times and I’m concerned this is related to the recall. I’m now stuck with this potentially dangerous vehicle with no fix, and am concerned. I also can’t get a fiar trade in value due to open recall. Overall, I’m stuck with a defective vehicle that GM refuses to address.

2022 GMC SIERRA 1500- NEW ORLEANS, LA
March 28, 2025: A recall (NHTSA Recall No. : 25V-060) service for the front upper grille deflector was performed. August 7, 2025: The front upper grille deflector flew off my truck while I was driving on the interstate, despite the recent recall service. The failure of a recall repair is particularly alarming and a serious safety hazard.

Driving down interstate highway and sunroof “exploded”. Raising glass sunroof up about 2” above the body. Vehicle had 387 miles on it. This occurred at about 6:55 am and outside temperature was about 74 degrees. The rupture was loud and very startling and I exited the interstate pulling over to see what occurred. There was no damage whatsoever to any other body component and no “flying” debris was observed at anytime that could have struck the vehicle. I requested GMC dealer to look at onboard cameras and save video but they seemed dismissive. Had the interior sunroof shade not been closed I would have been showered in glass while driving.

2024 GMC TERRAIN- POPLAR, MT
a little over two weeks ago we were going to sidney to get groceries. it was hot that day so we turned the a/c on. fog started coming out of the vents, it looked like we turned on a fog machine! a few days later we were going to town, my daughter got in and the whole driver's side floor was full of water. there was so much of it we had to get the shop vac out to suck it up. I called the dealer where we purchased it from because it still under warranty. their shop guy was out for the week so they scheduled me an appt for the following week. by this time my speakers aren't working, my signal lights dont make any sounds when I use them and the floor is soaked again. on August 5th we took the car into high plains and left it. they said they worked on it for 4 hours and fixed the problem, some drain line was plugged with sludge and so the water knocked out a module or amp. I thot everything would be covered but then they said I'd have to pay because all of a sudden a mouse had causes that line to get plugged. I asked them for pictures because im turning it into my insurance company, and they said they would send them. they never have I requested the pictures 2x, once with Patrick the shop manager and then with Jeff presser, owner. Still today, nothing. Meanwhile yesterday here comes all the water on the floor again. We use this vehicle to haul my grandson to his therapies and medical appointments. he [XXX]. Now were worried that mold has started growing because even though were sucking up the water, the floor pad and carpet are still wet. I went online and have seen numerous people complaining about the same issue for years with these GMC Terrains, why hasnt there been a recall or national warning on this faulty problem? To whom this may concern, This gmc truck with the 6.2 has had constant engine issues regarding the lifters failure causing the engine to destroy itself internally I’ve had to get it repaired every 3 Months on average there’s also a class action lawsuit that applies only to the 2025-2020 years however they are the exact same engine in the 2017. The transmission is not in sync with the motor having a late take off or sounds like the gears are grinding between shifting
