    - DAYTON, OH

    ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS PERSONS WERE LOCKED INSIDE TRAILER AND UNABLE TO EXIT FROM THE INSIDE WITHOUT UNLOCKING FROM OUTSIDE. ALSO LOCKS ON ACCESS STORAGE COMPARTMENTS NEVER FUNCTIONED PROPERLY. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH FASTECK THE MANUFACTURER BY E-MAIL AND PHONE HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL . ONLY A FULL MAILBOX MESSAGE. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THESE DEFECTIVE LOCKS IN CASE OF FIRE. *TR
