    TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 GULF STREAM SUN SPORT. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL: CRUISE CONTROL. THE PARTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER OF 2007; HOWEVER, A SECOND RECALL NOTICE STATED THAT THE PARTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH OF 2008. HIS VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY IN STORAGE. FORD INFORMED HIM THAT HE COULD HAVE THE CRUISE CONTROL DISCONNECTED. THE FORD RECALL NUMBER WAS 05S28. THE ENGINE SIZE AND NUMBER OF CYLINDERS WERE UNKNOWN. THERE HAD BEEN NO FAILURE TO DATE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 32,700. UPDATED 03-04-08 *BF
