My driver's side mirror spontaneously cracked. There was no damage done to the mirror that would cause this to happen. The mirror was intact when I pulled into my garage. An hour later I left again and the side mirror was cracked top to bottom. It is not difficult to get a non- distorted view out of my driver's side mirror and I feel it impacts the BSI as well. I have an appointment on 3/20 for inspection at the dealer. There were no issues prior to this happening. My photos show that there are no nicks, scratches or anything around the mirror at all. Also the mirror is not shattered, it's simply a clean crack down the middle.

I was driving on a country road and shortly following acceleration after a left turn, the cars forward collision warning went off, but in an unusual way. It will generally beep and flash the brake signal a few times if the forward collision warning activates. This time I heard one loud beep, saw a flash of the brake signal, and then the car slammed on the brakes to a complete stop. Luckily, there was no one and no other cars around me as I was on a small road without much traffic. The car is currently at the dealership being evaluated. I have sent a request to the general manager to investigate this situation further than just a basic code run or recreation of the malfunction. I do not feel comfortable driving this car without a clear diagnoses and repair.

The Hood on my 2024 Honda CRV has been vibrating and appears to have some flex. This occurs consistently at highway speeds and is even more noticeable on windy days. I’ve double checked that the hood is closed and it is latched properly.

On Sunday [XXX] and also other times before this, the vehicle will do a fantom breaking. It will slow down, brake, when no other vehicles are near by. On [XXX], the vehicle braked hard while I was in cruise control and traveling on [XXX] near Baldwin, WI. At this time the adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and brake system warning lights came on. the vehicle was okay to drive the remainder of the way home. I took the vehicle to the Honda dealer on Wednesday February 26th. They reported that they found Code P2583-49 millimeter wave radar fail. They said that they cleared snow debris off front bumper but there was no snow debris on bumper. It was 40 some degrees. I wanted to make you aware of this system problem because the unexpected braking is very hard and could cause an accident if a driver over responds. My car has two recalls, including EPS recall #24V-744, which I’ve been informed won’t be completed until February 2026. However, my recall letter from Honda states that repairs should be completed within **60 days** of contacting the dealership (February 25, 2025). This delay is far beyond a reasonable timeframe, especially since the recall involves a potential safety issue. I’m concerned about the risk of driving my vehicle for an extended period without the necessary repairs and need clarification on how this situation will be addressed.
