    TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 INTERNATIONAL 4000. THE VEHICLE WAS ATTACHED TO THE BED OF THE TOW TRUCK. THE WINCH POPPED AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO ROLL OFF THE BED AND CRASH INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. NO VEHICLE INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE.
