    TL*THE CONTACT DRIVES AN INTERNATIONAL 9900 EIGHTEEN-WHEELER FOR WENGER TRUCK COMPANY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES WERE FAULTY BECAUSE THE COMPANY DID NOT PROPERLY MAINTAIN THE VEHICLES. HE STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS VERY UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE VIN AND MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
