    SMOG CONTROL SYSTEM IS FAILING. EGR VALUE FAILS, ALLOW ANTIFREEZE TO BY PASS THE SYSTEM. THIS RESULTS IN USING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF ANTIFREEZE GOING OUT THE EXHAUST. AVERAGE COST TO REPAIR IS $6500.
