    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 INTERSTATE TRAILER, MODEL ICC1022TA2. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS UNBALANCED AND WOULD SWING BACK AND FORTH ABNORMALLY. WHEN DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45-50 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD SWAY MORE RAPIDLY. THE CONTACT WANTED TO RETURN THE TRAILER BUT THE MANUFACTURER DECLINED THE CONTACT'S REQUEST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
