    WHILE FILLING THE FUEL TANK, WHEN FUEL REACHES THE TOP OF THE TANK, IT STARTS SPILLING OUT OF THE TOP OF THE TANK. I BROUGHT THE TRUCK TO MY LOCAL MECHANIC, AND HE SAID THE TOP OF THE TANK IS RUSTED AND ROTTED OUT
