2020 JAGUAR I-PACE- Batavia, IL
Ok after done charging my Jaguar I Pace I put my car in reverse it made a clicking noise and then had traction battery warning pop up and high voltage battery warning then battery fault in red the car then just pushed itself forward for no reason and almost ran into the charger so I put it in park it stopped clicking. I honestly thought the car was going to start on fire this was after the software interim recall it isn't a fix it's a monitoring system but it didn't fix the problem now look the car is in the shop. I've owned the vehicle for 3 weeks and it's been in the shop 2 times it's absurd. I do not know what is wrong with the car but it has been in the dealership for a little bit and they need to bring in a Ev mechanic which takes time. I just want the car to get fixed and to be honest the only way I will feel safe driving this car might be if they replace the battery if it is that defective if it isn't they need to prove to me that. But the dealership the car is in has been fantastic they provided a loaner and everything I just want my car to be safe to drive. I think and can assume that the problem is my battery was overheating and it was the big battery I think at least one of the dealerships I called assumed that when they heard clicking noise.

2024 JAGUAR I-PACE- San Francisco , CA
A waymo put pedestrian and public safety at risk on 5/12/26 at approximately 7:50 pm when it stopped halfway through an intersection at 14th, Market, and Church Street in San Francisco alongside a crosswalk. I began honking from my vehicle as the waymo stopped in front of lanes of oncoming traffic, blocking the intersection. Instead of continuing through the intersection, the waymo turned towards oncoming traffic and advanced forward into the crosswalk and into oncoming traffic that was stopped at the red light. As one of the vehicles it was advancing towards I laid on my horn to try to get it to stop, but it didn't and the car next to me had to back up away from it to avoid collision. The waymo stopped about 1 foot away from the car before reversing into the intersection again (see pictures) and then turning onto 14th andriving away. The waymo essentially used a very busy intersection and active crosswalk to execute a 3 point turn. Without human driver intervention a collision was likely with a vehicle or pedestrian.

The dealer has completed a reduction in battery charging to 90 percent. But has not remedied the possibility of overheating or fire. I now have a vehicle that I can not fully charge, and as per manufacturer instructions cannot charge or even store in a garage. The value of my vehicle has been negatively affected due to these unresolved serious safety concerns. I therefore want Jaguar to fix the defects immediately or buy back the vehicle. My traction battery warranty is still in effect but I'm worried that Jaguar is delaying in hopes that more of the affected cars will run out of warranty. I've inquired about purchasing another vehicle from a different manufacturer but when I tell them I'm trading in my IPace their enthusiasm wanes. Please help. 2019 JAGUAR E-PACE- Lugoff, SC
My 2019 Jaguar E-PACE is showing code P26CB related to coolant pump performance. The vehicle is experiencing the same coolant/water pump failure symptoms reported in similar Jaguar vehicles, but my VIN was excluded from coverage. This issue creates risk of overheating, engine damage, and possible loss of power while driving. I believe additional affected VINs may not have been included because my vehicle is now showing the same known failure symptoms despite not being covered.

2017 JAGUAR XF- McCalla , AL
On May 2, 2026, ten days after purchasing the vehicle, the driver-side seatbelt locking mechanism failed while I was driving. The vehicle was inspected the next day at CarMax Tuscaloosa. Their mechanic confirmed two separate safety defects: 1. The driver-side seatbelt mechanism requires replacement. 2. The motor mounts are broken/loose and require replacement. The mechanic explained that debris was found inside the seatbelt mechanism, and the seatbelt needed full replacement. He also confirmed that the motor mounts were broken/loose, which can cause excessive engine movement, vibration, loss of power, or engine shifting during braking or acceleration. These conditions increase the risk of stalling or sudden shutdown, which is consistent with what occurred during my incident. The failed components are: • The driver-side seatbelt locking mechanism • The motor mounts/engine mounting system Both components remain on the vehicle. The seatbelt failure left me unrestrained while driving. The vehicle then shifted into Park and shut off in the middle of traffic, creating a risk of being struck by other vehicles or losing control. The broken motor mounts increase the risk of engine movement, stalling, or shutdown while driving, which could lead to loss of steering control or sudden deceleration in traffic. Yes. A CarMax mechanic at the Tuscaloosa, AL location confirmed both defects: As mentioned above The vehicle was inspected by CarMax Tuscaloosa. Jaguar Birmingham declined inspection because they do not service Jaguars older than 2018. An independent Jaguar specialist declined inspection due to prior non-payment issues with CarMax. No manufacturer, police, or insurance inspection has occurred. There were no warning lamps or messages prior to the failure. The seatbelt malfunction occurred suddenly. The engine shutdown occurred immediately after the seatbelt unlatched while braking. The vehicle remains unsafe to drive due to the unreliable seatbelt, broken motor mounts.

2020 JAGUAR I-PACE- Reminderville , OH
Approximately one year ago, my vehicle experienced a high voltage system failure requiring a repair of approximately $7,000 out of pocket. The recall now identifies a defect in the same system. I am requesting an engineering review to determine whether my prior failure is connected to the defect described in H570/H572 and whether reimbursement is warranted.
