2024 JAGUAR I-PACE- Los Angeles, CA
We told a driver with Waymo months ago when he was mapping the pickup route for the Waymos NOT to have them come in our very busy driveway. He did not do as we requested and from that point on they have been coming into our driveway which is private property. If you could please advise them not to enter our driveway that would be great. I have witnessed them beep their horns repeatedly when there's traffic in the driveway which disturbs our guests and they've also backed out of the entrance of our driveway on several occasions which is very dangerous. They used to pickup on the street which was working out just fine before they started coming into our private property and we would like them to go back to picking them up there please! Thank you!

2020 JAGUAR XE- Niagara Falls, NY
Purchased 2020 jaguar XE with under 13,000 miles on it 2 years ago now has 23,000 miles on it. Went to leave for work and my car wouldn’t start stating the transmission wasn’t in park and other messages and tried jumping it wouldn’t work. Wouldnt switch gears to put car in neutral and neutral release under hood wouldn’t fully work. because parking break was stuck on. Took 3 tow trucks to get it out. Finally got it to dealership where they stated it’s a Corroded battery line could not state how it got damaged besides “salt” & “moisture” has gotten inside and these things just happen. This does not sound like normal wear and tear for a 6 year old car with that low of miles. Especially when taken care of. Can not pinpoint exactly how moisture got inside or where in the line. States the battery line brings the power from the back of the car where the battery is to the front and the voltage isn’t getting through to start the vehicle. What if you were driving and then suddenly it gave out due to this? This sounds like a safety issue and jaguar doesn’t want to be reliable for it. I had no indication anything was wrong with it just one day it worked and then the next day it didn’t.

2024 JAGUAR I-PACE- Irving, TX
It almost drove into a semi truck with trailer making a turn. It then stopped despite multiple cars behind it and obviously having a green light. It was also near an intersection and if things were busy this might have caused an accident. It was the smart and calm defensive driving of multiple people and the truck driver that prevented an accident. It shouldn’t have to require that and my city streets shouldn’t be used as an experiment using vehicles that could be deadly. NHTSA should not wait for a great tragedy and loss of life to take action on these vehicles with nobody inside them. I have the video of it stopping for no reason but only after the incident began.

2020 JAGUAR I-PACE- McLean, VA
am submitting this complaint regarding a failure by the manufacturer (Jaguar Land Rover) to perform a federally mandated safety recall on my vehicle. •Vehicle: Jaguar I-PACE (U.S. specification) •VIN: [XXX] •Recall: NHTSA Campaign 23V369000 •Issue: Fire risk when parked This recall identifies a serious fire hazard, yet the manufacturer’s authorized representative in Jordan (Mahmoudia Motors) has refused to perform the recall repair. The refusal is based solely on the vehicle having a salvage title, and the issue has been incorrectly classified by Jaguar Land Rover Middle East as a warranty-related matter, which is not accurate. This is a safety recall, not a warranty claim. Key facts: •The vehicle sustained minor damage limited to the front right wheel area and has been professionally repaired •The vehicle is fully operational and structurally intact •Photographic evidence is available showing the minimal nature of the prior damage •The recalled components are present and serviceable I escalated the issue to: •Jaguar Land Rover Middle East (denied) •Jaguar Land Rover North America (no response) As a U.S. citizen owning a U.S.-spec vehicle subject to NHTSA regulation, I am seeking enforcement of recall compliance. ? Safety Concern The manufacturer is knowingly allowing a vehicle with a documented fire risk to remain unrepaired. This creates: •A serious safety hazard •Potential risk of fire, property damage, or injury •A clear case of recall non-compliance ? What You Want NHTSA to Do I am requesting that NHTSA: •Investigate Jaguar Land Rover’s refusal to perform recall 23V369000 •Clarify whether manufacturers can deny recall repairs based on salvage title status •Ensure that the manufacturer complies with its federal safety obligations INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2004 JAGUAR XJ- Parlin, NJ
The contact owns a 2004 Jaguar XJ. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal felt spongy and an excessive amount of force was needed to depress the brake pedal. The brake pedal almost went to the floorboard before the vehicle came to a stop, causing the braking distance to be extended. The message that the brake fluid level was low remained illuminated. There was brake fluid leaking from a fractured cross-member brake pipe. The vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic, who found that the underfloor tray was corroded, causing the floor to fracture. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 09V144000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 128,000.

2019 JAGUAR XJ- APPLE VALLEY, CA
Our 2019 Jaguar XJ only has 41000 miles on it but it has a poorly designed cooling system: Hoses for the cooling system travel directly under the super charger assembly and are not designed to stay intac for anywhere near our 100,000 mile Warranty but are NOT covered by warranty. This, I would argue is a definitive safety issue with the fumes that are produced and the leakage from the pink hybrid coolant. Also, the available replacement parts are metal piping as opposed to the inferior plastic installed by the manufacturer, which seems intentional due to the high cost FOR REPLACEMENT born by the consumer. Due to the frequency reported by consumers for this issue this should have been classified as a recall because of the engine failures that have most certainly taken place, which pose MULTIPLE other safety issues as well.

2016 JAGUAR XJ- Louisville, KY
I am reporting a safety defect involving my 2016 Jaguar XJ. The driver-side door cannot be opened from either the inside or the outside. This failure occurred without warning and has made the vehicle unsafe to operate. This issue presents a serious safety risk. If an emergency occurs, such as a crash, fire, or other urgent situation, the driver may be unable to exit the vehicle quickly. Being trapped inside the vehicle due to a non-functioning door creates a dangerous condition and increases the risk of injury. The vehicle has been used under normal conditions, and there were no prior indications that the door latch, lock, or electronic mechanism would fail. A complete loss of access to the driver door is not expected and suggests a potential defect in the door latch or locking system. This problem may not be isolated and could affect other vehicles of the same make and model. I am requesting that this issue be investigated as a potential safety defect that may warrant further review or recall. A vehicle door that cannot be opened from inside or outside compromises basic safety and emergency exit requirements.
