    - ONTARIO, CA

    THE INJECTORS LEAKED INTO THE RADIATOR THEN TO THE RESERVOIR, IT OVERFLOWED AND WATER AND DIESEL FUEL LEAKED ONTO THE MANIFOLD AND THE TURBO AND THEN THE FIRE STARTED. THE DRIVERS BARELY GOT OUT OF THE CAB OF THE TRUCK BEFORE IT FULLY IGNITED BURNING THE COMPLETE CAB RESULTING IN A TOTAL LOSS. THE DRIVERS INJURED TRYING TO GET OUT OF CAB.ALL PERSONEL BELONGINGS WERE DESTROYED.
