There is already a recall for the 3.5" inch instrument cluster as seen here: [XXX] But there is definitely an issue with the 7" cluster as well. This just happened to me and you can see a bunch of other folks have complained about it with 7" [XXX] Looks like no one will warranty the 7" INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

My Instrument Panel Cluster went out about a week ago. I turned my jeep on in the morning and it was flickering and very hard to read. I found a recall for the same year, make and model as my Jeep Gladiator but my VIN is not included. This is a serious safety issue as most of the time I cannot see my speedometer or my other gauges. I cannot believe there is no recall. Our local dealership is quoting over a thousand dollars to repair when it is obviously an issue with the manufacturer.

My instrument panel has started flickering off and on and then goes blank. sometimes it will come back on but other times it stays blank. I know there's a recall on some of these but mine isn't one of them.

The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated while driving 50 MPH, the instrument panel went blank with the gauges including the fuel gauge displaying 0 before the lights turned off. The contact was able to continue driving the vehicle, and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer to be diagnosed. The dealer confirmed that the instrument panel was blank. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 49,000.

Instrument panel cluster stopped working. Therefore, I do not know my speed, how much gas I have, if my car is in four-wheel-drive, tire, pressure, and many other notifications that are located in this instrument panel I went to CMA Jeep dealer in Martinsburg West Virginia, they did verify that this instrument panel cluster was the issue, but they said this my vin was not under the recall. I’m confused as to why there’s no recall on this particular vin when clearly its and issue, but other 2020 jeep gladiators there is a recall on this particular part. Why is my Jeep not part of this recall.

The dash instrument cluster betweeen the speedometer and RPMs has went out and stopped showing any information. I can’t tell when I am locked into 4 wheel drive, how much gas I have or anything. It’s just a black screen.

The instrument cluster failed resulting in the batteries being drained. This resulted in the vehicle being unable to operate, start and inability to shift. This cause me to be stuck in the middle of traffic.
