I have Grand Cherokee SRT 2014 I am from Saudi Arabia. I was driving my vehicle in the right lane at a speed of 40 miles. There was a vehicle in the second lane that swerved onto my vehicle and forced me to crash into a light pole. The airbags did not deploy as the vehicle stopped due to the impact and not the brakes. I was hit while driving, and because I was wearing the seat belt, my rib cage muscles and other injuries were torn. Please investigate and help me. I have never got any fault in regard air bags even after the access ther is no fault light .

The driver side seatbelt does not retract. It has to be physically pushed back into the device so extra seatbelt is not hanging out. If one were to stop, the locking mechanism would have seatbelt slack in it so it wouldn’t restrain the driver immediately.

Out of nowhere the headrest "exploded" with force while I was driving and it was like a punch to the back of my head. I am nauseous and have a headache hours later.

Within 48 hours, I experienced two issues: First, we were driving on the highway at a speed of 75 mph when suddenly the front driver's side tire pressure indicator began to ramp up and eventually topped out at 86. We stopped to check the tire pressure at a gas station, and it was really 41. We got back on the highway and the pressure gauge continued to decrease / increase with no rhyme or reason. It eventually went back to the correct pressure. A few days later, we were driving on the highway at 75 mph with the navigation set for an address that was about 60 minutes away. Quite randomly, the navigation voice came on and said "re-route" and wanted us to take a right turn (there was no way to turn or anywhere we could go). Bizarre! It seems like the car's circuitry/sensors are failing. It's alarming.

While using cruise control and traveling at a speed of approximately 70 miles per hour on the highway, my car accelerated on its own and ai had I had to hit the brakes. I was thankfully able to slow it down, to which the entire car shuts down. The vehicle completely shut off and would not start. I had to have it towed to Jeep and they told me it was not one, but BOTH fuel pumps had failed. They charged me over $1700.00. There is currently a recall for this very issue and Jeep made no attempt to fix it. I had no idea there was even a recall for this until now and this happened a few years ago.

I need help! Please! My car is under the X78 Extended Ecodiesel Warranty. The Government (EPA) sued FCA back in 2019 for making these cars with over 14 illegal deletes, like Volkswagen. Instead of making them buy the cars back, they let them say they would make all repairs related to this huge list of components. I’ve had nothing but problems the past almost 2 years. My jeep was at one dealership a full year. Now it’s at another dealership in Ennis Texas for about 59 days now. . My jeep went into limp in mode in front of an 18- wheeler on interstate 45, I was almost killed. I was so afraid! I sent a letter requesting they contact the manufacturer as they have said so on the paperwork. I’ve gone to get my car 4 tiles and it’s still not repaired. I get a text message on Saturday telling me my Jeep is fixed and ready? I’m not getting into that vehicle again, my daughter is having nightmares, she’s asked me please don’t drive that car again! I’ve attempted to pick this car up 4 times, it’s not fixed! Same code from 10/04 initial drop off. The same codes came back on 11/9 after they said they’ve replaced the PCM and Mass Air Flow sensor and other parts?
