The infotainment screen is faulty, it is delaminating and causing a lot of distracting and dangerous driving issues: - Rear camera and warnings do not work correctly - Screen flickers, and changes screen which is very distracting while driving. - Screen will randomly turn on or off and change settings. It has been ongoing since December 2021, I took it to the dealer who told me it was just a software issue and it would update and fix it. It never did. I took it back (now out of warranty) told me they would fix it and ordered the part. After trying to contact them, 6 weeks later, they are now refusing to fix it. Jeep are telling me the same thing.

The ignition mechanism of my vehicle. The push to start. I was driving and the push to start mechanism just fell inside its housing. I've never seen anything like this. Luckily, I wasn't driving very fast. I was able to slow down and park. However, I could not turn the car off. I had to get out of the car and try to find the ignition button which had apparently fallen out of the housing. After feeling around through a hole underneath the steering wheel i was able to feel the ignition in order to turn it off.

The front panel of the panoramic sunroof exploded into small pieces for no apparent reason. I was driving under 35 mph, on a 2 lane road, in clear, warm weather. I heard a "pop", then glass sliding over the roof of the car. In the rear view mirror, I then saw glass falling past the back window. When I stopped to investigate, I found that glass had also fallen down onto the fabric shade, which was thankfully closed. Broken glass falling into the passenger compartment could cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle resulting in a collision, as well as causing direct injury to occupants. After this incident, I found other reports of spontaneous Jeep sunroof failures/explosions online. I will be taking my vehicle to a dealer and filing a warranty claim. I was traveling out of state (1300 miles from home) and could not find replacement glass at any dealers within 250 miles of my return route. Friends vacuumed out most of the glass on the shade before covering the entire opening, and what was left of the panel, with aluminum HVAC tape for my journey home. I can still hear glass falling down onto the shade when I drive the vehicle.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee radio is delaminating. This causes components to either not respond or to activate on their own without driver activation. This known delaminating issue is a serious safety concern as the instrument panel controls the large majority of the components in the vehicle.
