Tuesday November 18 2021 during driving on freeway around 3 PM,dashboard suddenly turned off,all information on cluster disappeared and vehicle seems to stalled for a few seconds, after everything came back to normal. It repeated three times in next 10 minutes of driving.Next day November 19 2021 vehicle stalled during driving on parking lot. There is no check engine light or any other messages on dashboard. Tried to start it with no luck.Starter is spinning, but engine is not firing.Vehicle has new batterie. Last month I finally got vehicle from local Chrysler authorized dealer repair shop Vehicle been there for repair work since July 8 2021 for exact same problem. Vehicle stalled on highway at speed 35 mph,and after been towed for repair to Motorworld Dodge Chrysler in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. After 2.5 month of repair, I was told( and it shown in paper work),that vehicle had all fuel pumps replaced, new fuel lines, new fuel rails, new jets, filters etc.been installed. After repair I did not even make 1000 miles.I would like to investigate this situation, because it has safety issues Tried to talk about it with service manager at dealership but looks like they are not interested to do it,and don't really want to take responsibility for performed work.

While driving on the freeway at normal speed limit the vehicle has on 2 separate occasions gone into neutral without the driver touching anything. we have taken the vehicle in twice to dealership who have tried to replicate the symptom. They have kept and driven car on multiple occasions with no success . They tell us they cannot fix the problem without a code if they cannot find it. i have called jeep customer service multiple times and they filed a case number but refuse to get back to me when i leave messages. Jeep Cherokee model 2014 had 81000 recalls for a transmission software issue but not the Grand Cherokee model. This vehicle is clearly very dangerous to drive and my son who was driving nearly had a very serious accident when this happened. What am i to do. i cannot let anyone drive this vehicle . Jeep are not interested in helping the dealership get to the bottom of this issue. i cannot sell the vehicle knowing there is a critical issue with the safety of the vehicle and if someone buys it and gets hurt or killed i probably have a liability. The dealership keeps trying to find it but it may not happen again for weeks or months, like looking for a needle in a haystack. case number with Jeep is 81105546 Please help i am at a loss what to do. We have not used the vehicle since the last incident

My vehicle has the very well known problem for delamination of the dashboard. My airbag light has flickered on the dash a few times and dealership says that this is a big safety concern. It looks like it may be putting tension on the passenger side airbag creating risk of early deployment or failure to deploy in an accident. It already cracked my defroster vent.

The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the driver’s side headlight had become defective while in operation. The contact took the vehicle to a dealer where he had both headlights replaced. After the repair, the new headlights were not adjusted to the proper calibration and the headlight would only illuminate on the side of each headlight and not forward as needed. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer on numerous occasions and was informed that the new headlights could only illuminate vertically and not horizontally as needed. The contact then called Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Riverdale (1481 W Riverdale Rd, Riverdale, UT 84405) to schedule an appointment to attempt to correct the failure. The manufacturer had yet to be notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 86,000.

While driving my vehicle on an interstate, I felt something hit the back of my head against my hairclip. Once stopped at a light, I tried to adjust my power seat thinking that it had somehow readjusted itself (I have been waiting over 6 months for a new PCM and lots of little power gremlins have shown up with the engine and other systems). When that did not help the issue, I reached to my headrest to see if I could adjust it when I realized that it had popped open. There was no incident/accident to cause this.

The driver's side headrest exploded forward when no one was in it. 10/12/21 the Jeep was taken to the Buffalo airport. Early Afternoon, 10/13/21 it was picked up. When the car was picked up, it was found with the headrest exploded. After close inspection of the car, no damage was found to indicate a collision had happened. The safety of others is an issue because it inhibits the driver from properly seeing the road after it exploded. The problem is being solved by our own mechanic. No inspection has been made by any authorities or insurance reps. No warning lights, messages or symptoms were observed before the headrest exploded. You can see pictures attached.

A complete loss of all electrical and engine power simultaneously, on the freeway during a rainstorm without any warning. All systems including power steering, tail lights, door locks, a completely dark instrument panel, engine stopped running. I feared for my life, it’s very scary, it happened with no warning on a freeway during a rain storm!
