Driving my 2020 Keystone 1/2 Cougar to Camping World in NC when a noise made from camper, parts came from tire, and white smoke from camper to find driver side front axle tire had blown apart. Bought replacement tire while initial repairs completed. On return home, felt another jerk from camper, just thought normal tow jerk, and got home to find passenger side rear axle tire was completely gone and had rode home on the rim. My 2019 Keystone Travel Trailer has a Safety Recall 21V-708 regarding defective Winn-Tec Model 6020 dual stage propane regulators. The recall is due to the regulators may elevate the propane pressure to the appliances and cause a fire. My 2019 Keystone Travel Trailer was manufactured in 2018 with a Winn-Tec Model 6020 dual stage propane regulator manufactured in 2017. The Safety Recall 21V-708 from Keystone RV Company letter states they will only replace the regulator if the regulator was manufactured in 2018-2021. I have talked to Keystone RV Company and they refuse to replace my Winn-Tec Model 6020 regulator unless I pay to have my regulator tested at my expense, then if tested bad, they said they may Good Will replacement. Jayco RV Company has a Safety Recall on the same Winn-Tec Model 6020 Propane Regulator. Jayco Safety Recall 21V-425 includes regulators manufactured in 2017. I do not understand the inconsistency between Keystone RV and Jayco RV Safety Recalls with the same Winn-Tec Model 6020 dual stage propane regulators. My 2019 Keystone Travel Trailer is included in the Safety Recall 21V-708 but Keystone will not replace the Winn-Tec Model 6020 regulator because the regulator was built in 2017, but if the same regulator was installed on a Jayco RV then it would be replaced by Jayco under the Jayco Safety Recall 21V-425. I have noticed a taller than normal flame on the cooktop of our RV. I would appreciate someone looking into this as I cannot see the flame on the heater or the refrigerator. I would appreciate someone to explain the inconsistency why the same part built in 2017 is recalled by one manufacture and not the other. The contact owns a 2019 Keystone Bullet Premier equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulator. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V708000 (Equipment); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was not contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and advised the contact that his propane regulator was not affected by the recall as it was manufactured in 2017. The contact informed the manufacturer that the flame on the stove top was higher than normal. The manufacturer advised the contact to have the propane regulator tested and if the failure was associated to the recall, they would assist. Unable to confirm parts distribution disconnect.

Sloppy assembly at the plant. the brace was installed TOO far from the grey holding tank and at an angle. The weight of the tank bent the frame member allowing the tank to fall out of its location. I called the factory they were ZERO help. if this tank full falls out of the coach while its going down the road someone could be killed. 39 gallons at 8.34 lbs per gallon equals 325 lbs that could hit another vehicle.

I purchased a new Keystone Dutchman Astoria RV 3553MBP on October 23, 2021. The RV has toxic air quality which caused me to have headaches, blurred vision, no balance, confusion, sleepiness, & vomiting. I was taken by ambulance and admitted to the hospital for a couple of days. Carbon monoxide levels were elevated. RV test showed poor air quality & formaldehyde. I cannot live in my new RV because of the air quality. I have been trying to work with the dealer Blue Dog RV in Pasco, WA to get a replacement RV, but to no avail and Keystone RV has informed us to communicate with their lawyers. I paid for an extended warranty and nothing is being done to make this purchase right. There are many complaints/classaction lawsuits against the RV manufacturer Keystone for poor air quality and unacceptable customer service. How can this company get away with selling toxic RV's? Consumers must be protected from unscrupulous manufacturers and dealers selling defective RV's.

The contact owns a 2019 Keystone Cougar. The contact noticed that the antenna was missing from the trailer. The dealer was not contacted. The antenna was not replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V398000 (Equipment). The approximate failure mileage was unknown.

I purchased a 2019 Keystone Springdale RV from The Keystone RV Company in 2019, since then, the vehicle had several recalls from the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. I have made several attempts to contact the company but they are not returning my calls and are not offering any type of solution to this matter. The vehicle is unsafe to operate at this time. Please assist. October 15, 2018 NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V723000 Missing Bearing Races Causing Hub to Overheat If the bearing cup is not installed it could lead to a bearing failure, affecting vehicle handling and increasing the risk of a crash.

The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Coleman Travel Trailer. The contact stated that the windows caulk was outside the joints. The caulk was oozing at the top of the window and down the wall. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was unknown.

2019 KEYSTONE SPRINGDALE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO PROPANE REGULATOR SAFETY RECALL. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS EMITTING HEAVY SMOKE FROM THE WHEEL AREA. THERE WAS ALSO A STRONG PROPANE ODOR EMITTING FORM THE CONTROL VALVE, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO EXPERIENCE HEADACHE. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED THE VEHICLE BE BOUGHT BACK AND BE REFUNDED ANY RELATED CHARGES.

The propane gas auto change over valve on my Keystone Hideout camper is not working properly. Keystone says that my camper is not covered under recall 21V427. The date code on the gas valve is N 17 49. There is a Jayco recall for the same thing, recall 21V425. The 425 recall says that the N 17 XX regulator is part of the recall. Why is my regulator not recalled ? I am the second owner, but I verified with the original owner that the gas valve has never been replaced. Does Keystone need to expand their recall date range?
