High-pressure fuel pump split in half spontaneously upon start seeping fuel from fuel pump

Fuel is leaking from high-pressure fuel pump seeping from the fuel pump. The fuel pump was split in half gas was covering everything. As you can see in the photos, fuel is squirting out of the fuel pump.

Carvana sold me this vehicle as with 44850 miles on the odometer. The vehicle true odometer reading is close to 189500. The odometer has been altered and Carvana knew it was not the true odometer reading.

The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RC 350. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, it ran for a short while before suddenly hesitating and stalling. All attempts to restart the vehicle failed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related it to NHTSA Campaign Number 20V012000 (Fuel System, Gasoline), but the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 110,000.

Substantial Fire Hazard - Fuel was leaking directly onto the engine due to a failure in the fuel line and the factory coating between the inner steel tubing and a plastic coating. The failure relates to the delaminating of the coating from the base metal material which causes a channel for the fuels to bypass the seals and then leak out of fracture points in the plastic coating.

FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SEAT SQUEAKING WHEN BEING ELECTRONICALLY TILTED BACK WITH THE BUTTON ON THE RIGHT SIDE.

HVAC SERVO MOTOR MALFUNCTION. FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AC BLOWING OUTSIDE TEMP. IT DOES NOT BLOW COLD AIR. CODE B1455 PRESENT. IT HAPPENED APPROXIMATELY AT 25000 MILES.

WHEN I PRESS ON THE BRAKE HARD AND CONTINUALLY THERE IS A NOISE (THUMP). MY HUSBAND HAS TAKEN THE CAR IN WHERE WE BOUGHT THE CAR 3X'S AND WAS TOLD THIS IS NORMAL ON THE FRONT BRAKES. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THAT ANSWER. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IS THIS NORMAL FOR THE CAR I BOUGHT. IS IT SAFE. THE CAR IS BEAUTIFUL AND TO DRIVE AROUND AND HEAR A NOICE WHEN PRESSING THE BRAKE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ON SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CAR. I HAVE AN AUDIO OF THE SOUND I'M HEARING WHILE BREAKING. AND A VIDEO OF THE MECHANIC AT THE DEALERSHIP SAYING THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE NORMAL. I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR 10-29-2019.

I KEEP ASKING THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMPS AND THEY KEEP ANSWERING THAT THEY WILL CALL ME AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE THE PARTS. IT HAS BEEN LIKE THAT FOR THE LAST 30 DAYS. THERE IS NO INCIDENT INVOLVED BUT THE SOUTH FLORIDA LEXUS DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PUMPS AVAILABLE
