I was pulling into a parking space at a gas station and the vehicle took off at a fast speed and I could not stop the vehicle, the “parking assist light came in saying parking assist malfunction, I tried braking and nothing, the car kept going I hit something then it stop as I put the gear in park, the passenger electrical window won’t operate from the driver side, Lexus refused to take responsibility of an electrical problem occurred as the vehicle malfunctioned, at the shop they claimed nothing was wrong, with breaks or no electrical problem, there is something wrong with a part that causes difficulty getting the tire off and in turn damaging the tire , this was told to me be a auto repair shop, Lexus did nothing to take responsibility nor did they treat me well, as if I just decided to ram my car into something, I later read other reports where this vehicle had same problem with the vehicle just taking off and driver unable to stop the vehicle , I only had the car for about 4 months, and theirs all happened, I was afraid to drive it for awhile, but they wouldn’t even swap the car out for another

There is a noise I am hearing while breaking which is the actuator trying to build pressure, but the pressure is being leaked out of the accumulator in the brake master cylinder, all of the “Brake” and “ABS” lights come on and you will hear the actuator about every three seconds or so. This is a dangerous mechanism which has been known already on a multitude of these same models. Please fix this, as it could have been a dangerous situation this vehicle could have put my family in.

During a routine maintenance at the Lexus dealer where vehicle was purchased, we were told that there was a potential oil leak from ("potentially") the engine where the block, cylinder head, and timing cover components meet. The quote we got for the repair is $18,781.52 as a good portion of the car needs to be disassembled to access the motor. This issue was only brought up after the warranty expired. The Toyota 2GR-FKS 3.5L V-6 engine in this vehicle is known to leak in this area due to the gasket mating surfaces in the area mentioned above not sealing completely requiring silicone RTV caulk to be installed during engine assembly. If this is not done correctly leaks occur. Lexus refuses to make good on this saying the car is out of warranty. Ironically, after receiving the quote from the dealer for the repair, we received an offer to extend the warranty - available only after this $18k repair was completed.

The driver side indoor door handle no longer works. Despite my model being part of the special service campaign 20LC02, dealer says that my VIN number is not covered despite it being the exact problem described.
