Lexus already has a recall for the fuel pump on the LS460 vehicles, but it only covers up to 2015. I have a 2017 Lexus LS that I believe has the same part number of the faulty fuel pumps that are included in the recall. If it has the same part number, it should be included in the current recall. The fuel pump was installed into my vehicle before the recall was announced, so it should be included.

The Oil Housing Cap cracked during an oil change on my 2021 Lexus IS300. This occurred at my mechanics shop. I would have taken the car to the dealer but the cost for an oil change is double. The mechanic charged me for the part $55.25. When he went to purchase the part from JM Lexus, Sample Road, the parts person said this is a problem that should have been resolved. I called the Parts Manager at JM Lexus to verify this information. He stated that the part is weak and cracks and that this part needs to be replaced a few times a month. I wrote to the Executives at JM Lexus and they refuse to reimburse me because the car was not serviced there, however, the bigger problem is that this part needs to be retooled and owners recalled for replacement. For those in cold weather, could this part crack and leak oil? Will I be charged every time I get an oil change because of this defect?

Tire size 225/45 R 14 Purchased four tires April 22, 2019 and had to replace one tire on August 5, 2021 due to not keeping air, which I wasn't told why. Then I was having the same problem with another tire and this time was shown what the tire looked like, which is splitting, separating on the inside wall. On October 23, 2022 ordered a new tire and had them check the remaining two tires and they were both splitting, separating on the inside wall as well, which I had to order two more tires October 27, 2022 and I still have plenty of tread left.

The left headlight projects three dark shadows on the road surface along the left edge and middle of the road in front of the vehicle Someone walking or standing on the side might not be visible and when the vehicle is turning to the right the shadows flow along the very edge of the roadway obscuring anything in its path. The car has been to the dealership twice and they verified that the shadows due exist and are operating as intended.
