gas gauge very inaccurate. manual calls for 'low fuel' at 2.6 gallons, actually comes on between 7 -8 gallons left in tank. Dealer accepts it is a problem but has no solution. attempting to get full range may leave car out of gas on highway, since gauge cannot be trusted.

Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2008 Lexus RX 350. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 114,000. It was later discovered that the mileage on the Owner’s Title was 265,000 based on a Carfax Report. After speaking to the son of the former owner, the contact was informed that the last known mileage was 278,000.

I have the full panoramic glass roof. The seal around the whole roof has rotted away. There is nothing wrong with the glass, but I believe the missing molding makes the glass less secure. Without the molding, rainwater is seeping into who knows what electrical components within the vehicle. Lexus will not replace the molding or the glass at their expense. This is a dangerous manufacture defect that should be repaired by Lexus.

    - Miami, FL

On June 3, 2024, a CARFAX Vehicle History Report for the 2015 Lexus NX 200T (VIN: [XXX] ) reflected an odometer reading of 37,783 miles as of August 14, 2021, and 26,148 miles as of May 9, 2023, when the vehicle was offered for sale . A subsequent CARFAX report dated August 19, 2025, altered the August 14, 2021 entry to show only 21,864 miles, while still listing 26,148 miles on May 9, 2023 . This change in recorded mileage demonstrates that the odometer history was manipulated to conceal a rollback and to make the May 2023 mileage appear consistent at the time of sale by Countyline Auto Center, Inc. The discrepancy of more than 15,000 miles in the same vehicle history constitutes odometer tampering and misrepresentation, which induced [XXX] to purchase the vehicle at an inflated value. As a dominos delivery driver, I am constantly braking in neighborhoods, on main roads, highways, parking lots, you name it. It’s important for me as a safe driver to be able to rely on my vehicle to perform properly. Recently, I’ve had multiple failures to stop as the code “c1391” has come up and has intermittently shut off proper control of my braking system. Upon reading of the faulty brake system causing this code and my vehicle listed (2013 Lexus es300h) as part of the list of vehicles affected, I knew I needed to write in as well to have my car fixed of this problem that is endangering myself and others on the road.

Exterior driver's door mirror failure. The mirror is insecure, loose, unstable, not secured to the door, and rotates freely on its own. This condition makes it impossible and dangerous for the vehicle's driver to observe any vehicle approaching from the rear, left of the driver's side. The mirror is not secured to the vehicle's driver's door and spins freely. The driver cannot observe any approaching vehicles when pulling out from a parallel parking spot. This condition is this vehicle's "2nd" such incident. Previously, this identical situation happened to the mirror mounted on the passenger side door about 2 years earlier. The maintenance record is on file at the dealership. I paid the Chatham Lexus Dealership approximately $1000.00 to correct this.
