My lug bolts are rusted Rusted lug bolts and nuts can create several problems, including difficulty in removal or installation, damage to the studs or nuts, and even the risk of a wheel coming loose. Rust can cause the bolts and nuts to bind together, making it hard to remove them. Additionally, rust can weaken the studs, making them more prone to breakinG. All 20 are rusted The service person at herb chambers recommended they be replaced but they want to charge me $800 and state this could happen again. To requested chrome lug bolts or evenn lug nuts and was informed the ones I have are the only ones available My car is a 2025 and this should not be happening. Link below is from herb chambers repair person recommending the replacement [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The dealer is aware this vehicle has a brake actuator problem, and when I contacted them to see if it had a recall for this specific problem,I was told to call Lexus Corporate to get them to honor the repairs at their cost. They told me they would not repair the car at their cost because the Extended Warranty support program ended 4-28-2018.This is a very unsafe problem and they should honor the repair free of cost to the consumer

Lexus had a recall for a faulty servo motor back in 2021. The recall work was performed; however, the same issue is happening again. The airflow on the “head only” setting comes out extremely low and blows air on the feet. This is the second malfunction for this electrical component within a four year period and shows faulty components being placed in vehicles. This can become a very dangerous situation if air or heat is not flowing properly from the vents. It can create situations where driver is not comfortable due to any health conditions or other reasons, and can create a potential accident hazard.

The charger fails to charge. Nothing happens when it is plugged into the vehicle. The dealer has confirmed the vehicle can be fully charged using the dealer’s level 2 charger. I am able to fully charge the vehicle using the level 1 charger supplied with the vehicle. Enel X Way has discontinued support. Even though I still have one year warranty left on the charger the support page indicates support is no longer provided and Enel X is no longer accepting claims.

My vehicle has 11,407 miles on it and all 20 of my lug bolts are rusted. It has been brought to the attention of the dealership and Lexus and their only answer is that Lexus is working on a solution. I can see the outside of the bolt but can not see the bolt that bolt that is attached to the wheel and I’m unsure if that part is rusted and I’m afraid that if it is it could make it difficult to remove the bolts. I was told that they are rusted because the bolts were removed and put back on

The dashboard appears to be decomposing, creating a sticky top layer which in addition to being extremely uncomfortable is reflective in direct sunlight obscuring general visibility and oncoming traffic. There was a similar occurrence with previous Toyota and Lexus models: The Problem - The dashboards in certain Toyota and Lexus models, particularly those from 2003-2011, were made with a material that was prone to melting and becoming sticky under prolonged exposure to heat and sunlight. This could lead to the dashboard cracking, becoming glossy, and even oozing a sticky, shiny substance. Affected Models - Most commonly affected models included the 4th Generation 4Runner, 3rd Generation Avalon, 6th Generation Camry, 1st Generation Camry Hybrid, 1st Generation Sienna, and 1st Generation Solara. Toyota's Response - Toyota responded to the issue with various measures, including: Warranty Extensions: Toyota announced extending warranty coverage on affected dashboards to 10 years for some models. Customer Campaigns - Some Toyota models were the subject of specific campaigns to address the sticky dashboard issue. Reimbursement Programs: Toyota offered reimbursement for repairs performed on affected dashboards. Class Action Lawsuits - Several class action lawsuits were filed against Toyota and other automakers due to the melting dashboard issue. Safety Concerns - The melting dashboards could also cause glare on the windshield, making it difficult for drivers to see, which raised safety concerns.

Warning lights triggered snd certain electrical vehicle functions affected. Lexus Plano dealer states that wiring is soy based and destroyed by rodents attracted to the wiring and chewing it with result that critical vehicle functions affected and lights, brakes, etc. may not work resulting in crash. Wanted more than $10,000 to rewire vehicle and refused to make repairs under vehicles’ warranty. Apparently common knowledge that Toyota and Lexus are using soy wiring that attract rodents and other animals to eat the wiring. I believe that crashes may be occurring because of chewed through soy wiring and misdiagnosed as driver error, brake, failure, fires, lights out, or other causes because no one is investigating wiring that caused crash. Wiring should be recalled as it poses death, injury, and property damage risks with manufacturers and dealers knowing of the defective wiring and of the risks but intentionally hiding the information, failing to warn, and then making huge profits from the expensive over-priced repairs that are unnecessary if proper wiring is used. We have dealer invoices and repair estimates snd other communications.
