The passenger side blind spot monitoring system triggers when no cars are present. This causes the steering wheel to resist switching lanes. These false positives occur every day no matter the road condition or day/night. This is specifically apparent on highway driving above 50 mph

Less than 10 months old (March and April 2024 at ~5,000 miles), the 12V battery completely drained 3 times in 5 days (despite driving it regularly during that period) so the car would not start when needed. I had it jumped 3 times by AAA and the third time drove it to dealer. Dealer told me battery was defective so it needed to be replaced under warranty. Problem reported to Lexus Customer Service. The same problem recurred 3 months later (July 2024 at 6000 miles) the morning I was packing it to leave on vacation. The battery died while I was in the car and I was locked inside. When I got out, the doors locked again so had to have the car towed to a different dealer. They told me the battery needed to be replaced AGAIN under warranty. Two Lexus dealers, Lexus Customer Service, and Lexus on-line forum have noted this problem with several Lexus hybrid and PHEV models for a period of 1-2 years. When I asked, Lexus (2 dealers and Customer Service) told me that there is a defect in the software or app communication settings that causes a continuous drain on the 12V battery causing battery to fail unexpectedly. There has been NO NOTIFICATION of this defect and no resolution to this problem has been provided in the past 5 months. It is a risk for the entire electrical system to fail unexpectedly for no apparent reason with NO WARNING. The car is unreliable and cannot be used if it will not start when it is needed. We are elderly and have grandchildren living with us periodically. We are at risk if we cannot get to medical appointments or drive to the hospital.

This model was affected by the originally cosmetic, but well documented "sticky dash" recall. I am an automotive enthusiast who has worked within the industry for over 12 years, including notifying customers of NHTSA recalls and assisting with scheduling recalls to be performed. The dashboard can be severely melted to the point of becoming a mirror finish, I was driving at night in the headlights from an opposing truck reflected off the shiny surface of the dashboard having been melted by sunlight. I have great vision and was wearing prescription lenses, the incident nearly caused an oncoming collision. I slid into a ditch briefly and did not sustain damage to my vehicle.

    * Our 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard is cracking: areas of safety concern are the cracks around the ignition switch, the air bags, and the instrument panel. * There are cracks all around the ignition switch which places it in jeopardy of malfunctioning to include releasing dangerous fumes and dangerous fragments (scrapnel), and/or falling out. * The air bags are a grave concern as they may not deploy due to the cracks in the dashboard. * The instrument panel has a backup camera that may also be negatively impacted. There was a safety recall on these dashboards, and Lexus claimed that they were waiting on parts and that we would be contacted. We were never contacted by Lexus, and when we contacted them on several occasions, Lexus told us that they were not going to replace the dashboard. The cracks in my dashboard are extremely serious concerns for my family's safety, which is why this vehicle is only used if there's an in an emergency due to the safety concerns. We live in south Georgia, and the dashboard began cracking / melting as a result of heat and humidity. Lexus has refused to honor the agreement that it made in accordance with its "Warranty Enhancement Program." Our last case number with Lexus is [XXX] on [XXX], and we have not heard back from Lexus' vehicle protection. The numbers that we contacted were 800-448-1505 and 800-255-3987. Driving a Lexus UX300h 2025. Making a right turn from an alley onto a driveway of a house in low speed. Then the car was malfunctioning and suddenly unintended accelerated, and the front end on the driver side hit the brick structure of garage. The car is equipped with Lexus Safety System + 3.0 with Pre-Collision System (PCS). 235/65r18 tire. I was driving on the highway and all of a sudden it was a loud noise and immediate tire noise. I struggled to slow the vehicle down and pull to the side of the road The tire is absolutely destroyed both on the inside and the outside side walls of the tire. I could have had a horrible accident because the car was completely out of control when the tire blew

My sunroof exploded outward while I was driving on the highway. It sounded like a gunshot and sent glass flying everywhere. There was no prior damage to the sunroof which is why I fully believe the materials- glass and frame were defective which led to the explosion
