2019 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Plano, TX
The dealership said the Cam Phasers were bad, and I saw that there was a NHTSA report on it. The manufacturer paid a percentage of the cost to fix, but not the entire thing. This is a vehicle that an elderly woman purchased before her husband passed and now runs her grand kids around in. Although the problem was fixed it was bothersome to not have this known issue addressed and risk stranding the occupants. NO warning lights no messages, just a rattling noise at start up. The vehicle had 59000 miles on it.

2017 LINCOLN MKZ- Electra, TX
I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ and began experiencing serious engine problems, including repeated overheating and an engine misfire. The vehicle developed a check-engine light and a P0301 misfire code. I was advised by a repair shop that the vehicle has a serious engine problem and that the engine needs to be replaced. I am concerned that the overheating and engine problems could cause the vehicle to suddenly lose power or suffer complete engine failure while I am driving. If the engine loses power unexpectedly while I am traveling in traffic, I could be unable to accelerate or safely move out of the way of other vehicles, creating a serious safety hazard for me, my passengers, and other motorists. I contacted Lincoln regarding these problems and asked the manufacturer for assistance, but Lincoln refused to provide assistance with the issue. I am now left responsible for addressing a potentially serious engine and safety problem. I am requesting that NHTSA document and investigate these engine, misfire, and overheating problems to determine whether they may be related to a safety defect affecting other 2017 Lincoln MKZ vehicles.

2017 LINCOLN MKC- Elmwood Park, IL
I own a Lincoln Mkc 2017 - purchased on 2/19/19 with 12miles I have replaced 4 batteries over the years so far. I drive every day. I am never sure if the car will start. Multiple times i have a dead battery. Lincoln has a problem with this module and the electrical system. parasitic drainage issues on the battery. I don't feel safe, because there is an "unknown" draining the battery, therefore I am scared to drive the car and don't want to keep getting stranded. They have discontinued this make and model, but I am seeing the same complaints with the Corsair. My car only has 53k miles, it is in excellent condition. But unfortunately, i cannot rely on this car. I don't know what to do.

2022 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Milwaukee, WI
I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my 2022 Lincoln Navigator, VIN [XXX], which I purchased new from a Lincoln dealership in [XXX]. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has experienced multiple significant mechanical, safety, and reliability problems: The transmission required repair, and the vehicle remained at the repair facility for more than one month while the work was completed. The original tires had to be replaced, resulting in an out-of-pocket expense of approximately $1,900. The suspension has not operated properly since we purchased the vehicle and continues to cause concern. The vehicle has reportedly been affected by seven recalls. The entire air-conditioning system now needs repair, and I have been quoted approximately $2,700. The continuing transmission and suspension problems are particularly concerning because they may affect the vehicle’s safe operation. Considering that this Navigator was purchased new and is a premium vehicle, this history of repeated defects, recalls, extended repair time, and substantial expenses is unacceptable. I respectfully request: A comprehensive review of the vehicle’s complete warranty, recall, and repair history. A thorough inspection of the transmission and suspension to determine whether the vehicle can be operated safely. Repair of the complete air-conditioning system at no cost to me. Reimbursement of the approximately $1,900 paid to replace the tires. Appropriate reimbursement for transportation expenses and the extended period the vehicle was unavailable. Consideration of a manufacturer repurchase, replacement vehicle, extended warranty, or other substantial goodwill assistance because of the vehicle’s continuing problems. Please establish a formal case, provide me with the case number, and respond in writing within 10 business days. I am prepared to provide the purchase agreement, repair orders, tire invoice, air-conditioning estimate, recall notices, photographs, and any o INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U

2022 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- South Lyon, MI
Both of the front doors have developed loud popping noises while opening and closing. A temporary fix was done by Lincoln on the passenger front door (at my expense) and the driver door is not having the same issue. Vehicle not under warranty now, so cost to me will be >$4000. Based on discussions with Lincoln body shop personnel and web search, this is a problem that has occurred with other Ford Vehicles, particularly the Escape. IF not fixed, web says internal spot welds on the door check bracket can break, causing a loud popping noise when the door opens, potential window track damage, or the door check separating from the door frame. So the door could fall off in extreme cases..... Body shop personnel say (anonymously) they're seeing lots of Lincoln Nautilus with this issue.

2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- Wilmington, NC
The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. After several days of rain, there was moisture inside the vehicle. The contact detected a foul odor and discovered water on the floorboard. A box in the rear of the vehicle was covered in water, and the inside front windshield was foggy, but the contact was unable to determine how the water had entered the vehicle. Later, while driving approximately 45-55 MPH in the rain, there was limited visibility, and the vehicle slid from left to right. The contact was unable to control the vehicle after the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The steering warning light illuminated, and the message "Steering System Failure Do Not Drive" was displayed. The contact arrived at the destination, but while restarting the vehicle, the messages "Advance Traction Assist," "Advance Hill," and "Lane Assist" were displayed, and the steering, traction control, and several other unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who determined that the steering column control module had failed and that the steering assembly needed to be replaced due to water intrusion from the sunroof. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,222.
