2014 LINCOLN MKZ HYBRID Complaints

Rear backup camera is defective and not working. Initially it would work intermittently and but now for the last few months it does not work at all. I went to dealership and contacted Lincoln directly and they refused to repair the defective rear camera. Despite there being an open recall for the exact same problem for model years 2015 and up.

The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed that there was coolant intrusion into cylinder #4, and the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 94,884.
