2017 LINCOLN MKC- Avon, MA
August of 2024 I took my vehicle to Island Street Automotive in Stoughton Mass because my engine light kept going off and off. The test showed the cylinder one misfire. They change the spark plugs and cylinder. However, I ended up taking the vehicle back 3 times for the same issue and experienced the same results. By now the check engine light was on all the time. I then realized a week or so later that the coolant was empty. For the next couple of weeks I continued replacing the coolant and had an auto shop look to see where the coolant could be going but they could not figure it out. There wasn't any leaking out of the vehicle. Soon my vehicle would begin shaking at the start up with the engine light blinking and then it would go solid. I decided to take the vehicle to Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood where I purchased the vehicle. They never mentioned that there was a bulletin out on this vehicle when I purchased it. It took them 3 days to diagnose. I was told the engine had to be replaced and needed a long block assembly. The charge would have been $8,634.31 plus tax. I called CarShield to put in the claim and they denied it because they found a bulletin out on the engine and stated it was a manufacturers error so they would not honor the claim. I called Lincoln directly and spoke about this issue but they blew me off and said there were no programs to help me pay for the cost of fixing the problem. I reluctantly chose to take the vehicle to North End Motors in Canton. They came up with the same conclusion. The engine was built with an open block and they needed to replace it with a closed block engine because the coolant was leaking into the oil. The charge was $7,494.72 plus tax, less than Herb Chambers. I chose to have the vehicle repaired with much anguish. I was not responsible for the issue with this vehicle but had to pay the astronomical cost. Thank you for reading.

2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS- Temple Hills, MD
I purchased my vehicle in October 2024, and on Jan 2025 I begin experiencing jerking, misfiring, car not accelerating and unable to reverse. I reached out to multiple car dealers and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Today, January 21st I took my vehicle of less than a year to Ourisman Lincoln and was informed I needed to replace my 2019 Lincoln Transmission. This is devastating, as I’m unable to afford 9K dollar repair on a vehicle with only 59K miles.

No warning light on dash. Issues engaging in gears. SUV failed to shift in gear and engine rev up And takes 2 to 10 seconds to catch again before engine engages. No accidents yet. Additionally, during cold start my SUB is making a rattling and ticking sound and the SUV would shake. There were no engine failure or warning lights that came on and the engine doesn’t sound like it’s running correctly.

Since leasing the vehicle in February 2024, I have experienced persistent failures in the collision prevention system and other critical safety features. Despite multiple service visits, the issue remains unresolved, with Lincoln attributing the problem to a system update that has been repeatedly delayed. Chronology of Issues and Service Attempts: 1.Two Weeks After Leasing (February 2024) oThe collision prevention system began failing. oAdditional issue: Passenger-side windshield wiper fluid failure. oVehicle was returned to the dealer for service. oVehicle was returned the next day with the same collision system issue unresolved. 2.Second Service Attempt (March 2024) oThe Windshield wiper fluid issue was resolved. oCollision prevention system issue persisted. oLincoln informed me that the issue would be resolved through an automatic system update by the end of 2024. (Attachment 1) 3.Third Service Attempt (November 2024) oVehicle returned to Schumacher for the same system faults. oDealer returned the car, stating that there was no system update available yet. oLincoln now projected the system update for Q1 2025. (Attachment 2) oSchumacher advised scheduling another service appointment after December. 4.Fourth Service Attempt (January 2025) oVehicle was delivered for the collision system fault. oReturned the same day, again stating the issue would be resolved in Q1 2025 via an automatic system update. 5.Escalation to Lincoln Customer Service (Late January 2025) oContacted Lincoln customer service to formally report the issue and request a resolution. oA week later, Lincoln informed me that the only solution was to wait for the system update. 6.Fifth Service Attempt & Request for Rental Car (February 2025) oMy wife and I visited Schumacher Lincoln, requested to leave the vehicle, and asked for a rental while awaiting repairs. oRequest for a rental vehicle was denied. oThe same day, we received an automatic system installation update (Attachment

On 4/17/25 at approximately 450pm eastern standard time the information hub on the dash indicated a door fault alarm and as i was turning left the doors unlocked and the passenger side door opened causing the passenger to almost fall out of the vehicle. If the passenger would have not had his seat belt on he would have fell out of the vehicle and potentailly been run over. I am worried about driving tbe vehicle as this sitiation could cause serious injury and cause a vehicle accident and loss of life.

2024 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Florence, SC
The vehicle has a vibration at interstate speeds 70-85 mph. The dealership has rebalanced the tires that came on the car, installed new tires and road forced balanced, replaced transfer case, rear drive shaft, but different size tires on car, and done another road force balance on the 2nd set of new tires that were put on car. FSE told dealership to give the car back to us and there was noting else they will do even though vibration still remains. Dealership put in it's service notes that the condition still remains, but was told to give customer back the vehicle. We have put less than 700 miles on the car and dealership has put close to 1100 or so miles on it test driving after repairs each time. This vibration could cause bearings, gears, and drive train failure that could result in potential death at highway speeds. Upon investigating this problem I found this to be a issue with the 2024 Lincoln Navigator throughout the US. I have requested Lincoln buy the vehicle back and was told they would not. My case number with the Lincoln customer service is [XXX] . Teresa 888-214-2155 ext.77992 is the representative. I would ask the NHTSA to investigate this problem for us consumers out here. 2017 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL- Ottumwa, IA
Rear passenger door will not open. Lincoln has active recalls on other VINs but mine is not included. I ask that mine be included. My door will occasionally pop open, but the most common problem is the handle will not engage from the outside. My Lincoln has the door handle on the trim piece. This is a common recall but my car is not included. It needs to be as not being able to open a door or it randomly opening poses threat or harm to myself and my family.

2015 LINCOLN MKZ- Waterville, MN
After reading about the numerous complaints about this vehicles transmission issues I have decided to come here. The PCM and TCM need to be changed in the vehicle. Causing rough shifts from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th which essentially will cause you to replace the transmission because of the damage it causes. Also constantly having drive control malfunction, check headlamp system messages popping up. There is also horrendous noise from the rear suspension any time you go over any type of anomaly in the road.
