Driving and slowing down accident brakes and frontal collision and airbags didn't go off

On February 23,2025 I parked the car on our son’s driveway which has an incline at about 5:00pm. Over the next 5 hours the car moved backwards down the driveway to almost the end of the driveway where it stopped thankfully & didn’t go into the street where it could have been hit or hit someone walking past. I have the movement recorded on a ring video. I took it to our local Ford dealer to have it checked out & they couldn’t find anything wrong with the brakes & I showed them the video. They were stumped. I started to use the emergency brake since then & have not had a problem since. But I am uneasy about this situation since I have never had a problem with any other vehicle I’ve owned.

Not often, but at least 1-2 times a year at slow speeds, the brakes fail to function. The pedal feels odd, and unresponsive usually under 5mph parking lot type speeds. Have to place car in park in order for it to stop. Had to dealer when I first got it almost 3yrs ago but they were unable ro duplicate. Restarting the car resolved issue for the instance and it could be a year before it happens again. It’s scary, Google search brings this issue right up with a lot of complaints. This sounds like a future recall.

I started my car with no prior warning light or malfunction alerts on my dashboard or Lincoln phone app. Upon shifting into drive, the vehicle began shaking severely, accompanied by a loud rattling noise for the first time. I had the car towed to a Lincoln dealership, where they evaluated the issue (see attached file for their conclusion). Seeking a second opinion, I had it towed again to an independent service center, where they determined that a cracked electrical plug caused a transmission fluid leak. The defect put our safety at risk, as I was unknowingly driving with transmission fluid levels below the minimum and blackened oil. As a result the transmission had to be replaced.

The contact owns a 2015 Lincoln Navigator. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V648000 (VISIBILITY, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the recall repair was performed; however, shortly after the repair the climate control blower motor remained activated. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed, and the contact was advised that the speed controller was responsible for the failure because the blower motor was melted and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 150,000.

Varsity Ford Lincoln is refusing to fix open recalls. My vehicle has been sitting with them for 90 days. Lincoln is refusing to help. Now the dealership in a letter is stating they are not going to fix the open recalls because I have to pay them money to fix my brakes before they'll do that in a text. They are extorting me.

The contact owns a 2017 Lincoln MKC. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the vehicle intermittently shuddered. The check engine warning light was illuminated. A dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

The contact owns a 2016 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at an independent mechanic for a ball joint replacement, there was smoke coming from the driver’s side exterior mirror. The mechanic disconnected the mirror and determined that the mirror had short-circuited. The vehicle was not repaired. Upon investigation, the contact discovered that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V091000 (Visibility); however, the contact had not yet received the notification. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.

Bought this 2017 Lincoln MKC with 75K miles on 2/21/25. Four days later while driving to work an engine light came on. Continuing on to work the car started running poorly while crossing a rail road track. Seemed like it was gonna quit running right there on the track. Then it started running like it did before except now there is a wrench starting blinking on my instrument panel. Had the engine code checked at O’Riley’s and was informed it was number 3 cylinder misfiring as they recommend a new spark plug and coil. While they checked the code I called the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and I have an appointment scheduled for 10 AM tomorrow. I’m sure they will install a new plug and coil and send me on my way knowing my warranty will be ending in a few more hundred miles . I’ve researched the issue and know the motor needs changed and it should be ford to recall them. I’m handicap now and won’t be able to afford to fix it or buy another vehicle. This isn’t right and does needs to step up to the plate and accept responsibility for their mistake.

Coolant is being blown out of the cars tailpipe.Opon cranking .There's a lot of white smoke.Lately every three days I have to add antifreeze to the coolant reservoir. Car was inside of my yard and parked.
