2022 LINCOLN CORSAIR PHEV- Clarkston, MI
I was driving down the highway at around 70 mph, with one passenger. There had been no indications that anything was wrong with the vehicle. Then I noticed the car slowing down though I had not let up on the gas, which I now understand is called 'limp mode'. The screen said 'service vehicle soon'. It kept slowing down while I carefully pulled to the side of the road. Thankfully I had been in the right lane. This was not a very safe place to be, relatively close to an overpass. I turned off the car and let it rest for a few minutes. Then I started it and tried the gas. It did speed up to about 35 mph, so I kept going to try and get past the area of high traffic and little shoulder. Once I got past the overpass, I pulled over again. I stopped, let it rest and then started up again. Still it only went up to about 35 mph, but I was able to get to an exit and pull into a parking lot. I then called a tow truck and eventually they took the car to the closest Lincoln dealership. After reviewing the car, the dealership's service center said they did not see anything wrong with the vehicle and could not reproduce the issue. They did say that records showed a similar incident had happened in May 2025, under a different owner. They suggested I take the vehicle home and come back if it happened again. Then on July 12th, I was driving down I75 again, this time in the left lane and with my son in the car, and the same thing happened. The car started slowing down and the screen said 'service vehicle soon'. I was able to pull off at the next exit and let the car rest. We happened to be only 1.6 miles from the Lincoln dealership, so I carefully drove the car there and left it since they were closed. They later said that the service bulletin suggested that if they could drive the car 4 times without an issue, they could clear the issue. I looked further into it and found that there is an open recall on the vehicle, with no remedy, Open Safety Recall 25SC4. I do NOT feel safe.

2019 LINCOLN MKC- Magna, UT
Component: Engine (2.0L EcoBoost) — coolant intrusion into cylinders What failed: The engine in my 2019 Lincoln MKC (2.0L EcoBoost, approximately 83,000 miles) failed due to internal coolant intrusion into the cylinders. This is a known defect in this engine, documented by the manufacturer in TSB 22-2229 (superseding TSB 19-2346), which acknowledges coolant leaking into the cylinders on 2.0L EcoBoost vehicles and specifies complete long block engine replacement as the only repair. My vehicle and the failed engine are available for inspection upon request. The car/engine is currently at the [XXX] Ford in Draper, UT. Safety risk: Coolant intrusion causes engine misfires and can cause sudden loss of engine power while driving, hydro-locking of the engine, and — per the manufacturer's own bulletins and pending litigation — overheating, cracked cylinder heads, and engine fires. The check engine light began flashing while I was on the highway. I am also a dialysis patient awaiting a kidney transplant, and a sudden engine failure or stall while driving to medical treatment poses a serious safety risk. Confirmed by a service center: Yes. On or about XXX, [XXX], a franchised Lincoln dealership, performed a borescope inspection of the engine and confirmed the failure, stating the engine must be replaced at a quoted cost of $7,897.45. I have the written diagnosis and repair estimate. Inspected by the manufacturer or others: No police or insurance inspection was involved, as this was a mechanical failure rather than a collision. Warning signs before failure: Unexplained low coolant level requiring repeated top-offs; white smoke from the exhaust, especially at cold start; check engine light, steady or flashing; rough running or misfire, often with codes P0300–P0304 or P0316; sweet coolant smell. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2021 LINCOLN AVIATOR- Round lake beach , IL
I have been having issues with my breaks sticking when applied. To the point that it’s completely stopping my car and i need to use my foot to release the brake from behind. I have had the dealership look at this issue and they can’t seem to find the problem. They also broke my car and claimed they did not feel the sticking. I’ve had the dealership look at my vehicle twice for this issue. It is a safety risk with children in my vehicle. Also everyone i lock my vehicle. My alarm is going off saying someone is opening the door on my Lincoln app. Additionally, every time i start my car it says the passenger door is open, when it’s not. The sync Bluetooth constantly connects and disconnects or if i plug my phone i to the charger for CarPlay it does not work. This biggest problem is my brakes sticking. Like i said when i am braking gradually they are sticking to the floor and not releasing. Thai doesn’t always happen but it has happen a lot recently. I need this fixed!!!!! Multiple recalls that are not available as well

2018 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR- Jacksonville, FL
We purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator L in 2022 with 29,489 miles, and it has been great. We are at 64,351 miles, and it is making the cold-start rattling noise. We have called Lincoln for assistance, and they are refusing to help. They stated that there is no help. I took it to Duval Ford, and with other issues such as the water pump and leaks, they quoted 12,000 to fix this truck. They did say they had a payment plan to fix the vehicle. When the soft pull was opened in 2022, our truck did not make noise at that time. I believe Ford should stand by their product, and there are so many videos on YouTube addressing this vehicle.
