Lightly leaned on door when it was shutting, making it so it wouldn't shut all the way, soft close system engaged jamming the door and making it impossible without destroying the door/motor to open even with the emergency release latch in the map compartment of my vehicle (driver side under the electronic release button) the door eventually threw up an error letting me know the door was malfunctioning and was ajar when it wasn't. I had to climb over to the passenger seat to get out and after trying to figure out a way to release the door with about 5 minutes of effort the door finally released by holding the open button and pulling constantly at the cost of the soft close motor and a constant error message on screen with a yellow wrench on the dash. No other info on other faults are known as of yet. I have not been able to bring it to a dealer as of yet but I will update this as soon as I do I can probably reproduce it on another door but I fear doing so will have a chance to never being able to open the door again. This can be a huge issue in the event of an emergency where you need to spend extra time to break the window or crawl out and if the car lacks power with doors lock NO DOOR can be opened as the emergency release latch only works on the drivers door.

Missing Parts during assembly resulted in wire melting onto muffler which subsequently resulted in error messages relating to the parking brake and disabling of the Adaptive Cruise Control and BlueCruise while driving. The failure to install deflectors, a part that is just inside the wheel well to keep wires from touching the muffler, is an ongoing issue which is discussed in a Lincoln forum since April 2022. I have found comments relating to these missing deflectors on Fords since 2019. [XXX] The missing parts are mostly, but not all, associated with having a towing package installed. If the wire had melted all the way through then a catastrophic event might have happened. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Lincoln had a recall on the rear view camera in 2021 which I completed that did not remedy the issue of blue screen in place of the camera. They released another recall and have continuously delayed it as they have no remedy so my vehicle is left without a functioning rear view camera.

Coolant leaked into cylinders causing my engine to regularly overheat, forcing me to replace the engine at about 78,000 miles. Although I didn't realize it at the time, the first indication of a problem was at 72,737 miles (just 2,737 miles out of warranty), which is when I had the first overheating incident. According to my research, Ford has known about this problem for many years, and it affects many models over many model years, but they have yet to address the problem with the public. I was fortunate in that I didn't have a fire or an accident due to this known problem. Ford has issued several Technical Service Bulletins about it, the most recently being 22-2229, which is attached. Lincoln assisted me with covering the engine replacement, but in total, I am out $3,864.80 due to this problem.

The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was undrivable.
