2024 MAZDA CX-5- Bayamon, PR
2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase: the 2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium. While I appreciate the vehicle’s performance and overall design, I am extremely dissatisfied with the comfort level of the front seats. The seats feel incredibly stiff—almost like sitting on bricks—and lack any meaningful support. This has made even short drives uncomfortable and long trips nearly unbearable. I expected a premium model to offer a higher standard of comfort, especially in such a critical area as seating. I kindly request that Mazda address this issue. Whether through a seat replacement, upgrade, or another form of resolution, I believe this matter deserves attention. I chose Mazda for its reputation for quality and driver-focused design, and I hope to see that reflected in how this concern is handled. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

2017 MAZDA CX-9- West jordan, UT
I took our vehicle into Mazda due to a coolant leak that could not be located. It had my wife stranded due to the vehicle overheating. Everything lined up with CSP11. The dealership is now stating that the vehicle has a blown gasket and needs an engine replacement. This is the issue covered by CSP11 except that the crack is in the wrong location. They haven't found the Crack but are denying the warranty due to the covered location not being the source. The vehicle only has 93000 miles on it.

2024 MAZDA CX-90 PLUG-IN HYBRID- West Valley City, UT
While driving 35 mph on a busy street, our vehicle completely lost power. The vehicle started violently shaking until I came to a complete stop. Many warning lights came on. Two primary: "Hybrid Malfunction", "Engine Malfunction" along with a couple others. When I stopped the car completely, it took 5 minutes before I could change the car from park to drive to move the car out of the way of oncoming traffic. Sitting in the middle of a busy road with hazards on is not safe!! Also, Suddenly losing power on a very busy street caused car behind me to slam brakes and honk at us. Very lucky we didnt cause an accident. If this had happened in a different situation such as freeway at 75 mph, major intersection, on a long roadtrip etc... the risk for significant disaster increase significantly! The car is current at Tum Dahle Dealership in Murray, Utah. This is the second time in 4 months we've had to take this car to the dealer for an issue. The first time was just an "Engine Malfunction" light. It sure seems like we bought a lemon. Even if they fix this car, my confidence is extremely low in this car being a safe car that im ok with having my family in.

2023 MAZDA MX-5- Radford , VA
Manual transmission will not reliably shift from 2nd to 3rd gear without a grinding noise. Other owners are reporting similar issues that have required a full replacement of the transmission in MY2023 cars.

2025 MAZDA CX-90 PLUG-IN HYBRID- West Lafayette, IN
Near a roundabout the car in front of me started moving and braked. My car didn’t give any forward collision warning or proximity alert before my car hit the other car from back. The speed was less than 12 mph.

2025 MAZDA CX-90- San Diego, CA
The car automatically brakes at lower speeds. This happens about 3x week and typically on a specific freeway entrances but in other locations as well. I believe this is a known phantom braking issue but for some reason my car is not included in the recall.

2019 MAZDA CX-5- Arlington, MA
Cracked/Leaking Cylinder Head on my 2019 Mazda CX5. It is understood that Mazda has extended warranty for the Turbo Model (CSP11) of this car, but not the standard engine, even though they both are displaying the same issue in many 2019 CX5s. Quoted at $6000 for a vehicle under 90K Miles. Issue needs to be escalated.
