    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MONACO VESTA MOTOR HOME. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES WOULD NOT HOLD WHEN DRIVING DOWNHILL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING REPAIRS TO THE BRAKES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
