The contact owns a 2008 Pontiac G5. The contact stated that the air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, and it was determined that the occupant detection module was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, IG Burton (1 Automotive Blvd, Elkton, MD 21921), and IG Burton (6913 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). The dealers informed the contact that the part to repair the vehicle was no longer in production. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 53,150.

The contact owns a 2007 Pontiac G6. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel seized, with the air bag warning light and check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the steering wheel became difficult to turn, and the vehicle was nearly involved in a T-bone crash. The contact forcefully turned the steering wheel to regain control of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, it was neither diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 251,000.

The same issue that was recalled on every Aura from 2004-2007 Malibu 2004-2009 G6 2005-2009 Sudden loss of electric power steering randomly locks up when I'm driving.g.almost caused me to crash a total of 7 times with children in the vehicle. I am requesting this be replaced at no.coast to me immediately do to it's safety recall issue that is clearly been one in every model.

Fuel pump defective, return hose onto the top of fuel pump starts to leak fuel.Which can led to car stalling out from not having the correct fuel pressure which caused the engine to stall everywhere,the road,fire hazard,etc.

All gauges on dash starting going up and down, Anti theft light, power steering light, low fuel light. Car slipping or having hard time going and possibly the key transponder ignition / chip key anti theft shut down.

The contact was informed that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 90V105000 (Seat Belts) during a State Inspection; however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The local dealer and several other dealers were contacted and informed the contact that the recall part had been discontinued. The contact had not experienced the failure stated in the recall. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Additionally, the contact stated that the front driver's side seat belt failed to retract as needed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 44,627.

The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the joint bearing was inoperable and that the steering assembly needed to be replaced. The contact researched and became aware of an unknown recall; however, the VIN was not under recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 180,000.

Electrical problems have been occurring. My lights keep getting dim, then bright. Check engine light is on, the truck is making a loud noise, overheating, battery draining fast. Please note that the battery is new, starter is new, water pump is new , I got new engine fans, radiator and the truck is still running hot, battery dies over night. I need some help this is my only vehicle and I've spent thousands of dollars trying to get this truck right over the years. Are there any affordable warranty plans available for assistance?
