2018 RAM 2500 Complaints

My HCU is out and constantly dinging at me for no traction control and ABS. I know this is recalled and I have been waiting over a year and FCA still doesn't appear to have a remedy for this.

The trailer brakes failed, and the contact no longer used the vehicle to haul the trailer, and the cruise control failed to activate as needed. While depressing the brake pedal, the wheels locked up, and the ABS failure caused the vehicle to shudder, causing the braking distance to become extended. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that parts for the repair was not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available for the repair. The manufacturer gave permission for the dealer to repair the vehicle; however, the dealer refused to repair the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.

This has been a recall for almost 2 yrs now and the dealer is saying no parts available. There are 1000s of RAM trucks driving around waiting for parts. A simple google search shows there are parts available on line. What is taking so long. This should have been resolved a year ago.
