2018 RAM 2500- JACKSON, MI
My truck has had the issue stated in recall C4B since November of 2024, per the recall a solution was to be provided by first quarter of 2025. It is now first quarter of 2026, the recall still shows no parts available, dealers state no parts are available and this is a ridiculous amount of time to remedy a safety recall. Truck currently has multiple lights/issues related to the problem, no traction control and no cruise control for over a year and a half now. This problem needs to fixed ASAP, it's ridiculous.

2018 RAM 2500- Williamstown, WV
RAM or FCA USA has not timely made parts available to address the Recall C4B on my 2018 RAM 2500 HD Truck. I have been driving it without anti-lock braking system and without the skid control engaged due to the failed HCU unit covered by this Recall. I have called RAM customer care multiple times and they tell me their engineers are working on it, but they have not estimated time for the parts to be available. it has been 14 months since I first received the recall notice. This is an excessive amount of time to still not have a remedy available. Especially when RAM has remedied the same issue with the RAM 3500 Chassis.
