C4B 2017 Ram D2 DD DF DJ DP Hydraulic C / Not Available We are at Risk everyday Yes Confirmed Recall and Problem Yes inspected by Ram Dealer & CarMax The warning lights and the noise constantly goes off and they’ve been happening since a few days after we purchased the vehicle and the dealership that we purchased, the vehicle knew about the problem and never fixed it until this recall which they’re still not fixing for us. I am going to file a lemon lawsuit. Unless they solve this issue. $40,000 Vehicles should not have these issues. The brakes are locking up and almost crashed several times . I can forward the receipt from the dealership, but it’s not letting me upload it on this page.

My ABS light has been on for 2 years. It was previously diagnosed as the ABS pump/module. The parts were on backorder. The C4B Recall came out over a year ago. There is still no parts available. My truck is at the dealer right now and they said they can't do anything with the Recall. I figured they could at least verify the failure and put in an order for the part. This a big safety issue for tons of RAM owners as most of us bought these trucks to tow and haul heavy equipment, trailers etc.. I am on several forums and everyone wants to get these repairs completed.

Hello, I received a recall notice "C7B" from FCA. Checking with my dodge dealer they said it has been completed. Problem is I never had this done. FYI, I have had past problems with this break system and it had been replaced I think 3 time, but no recall had been issued before all this. Anyway I contacted FCA and they now have given me the updated recall notice called C4B with no resolution or repairs and referred me to arbitration.

While driving the anti-skid anti-lock failure light flashes with an audible warning. This has routinely been happening since early 2025, with the only local dealer advise is to rapidly depress the gas pedal with the key on (engine off). There’s been zero advancement to provide remedy to date. When I ask the dealer, he says “we haven’t been notified yet of parts being available. You’ll be notified when we get to okay. This is in reference to safety recall 24V-896.

I have called & been to Fletcher Chrysler in Franklin, IN and they said that there is still no remedy/fix for the brake recall on my vehicle. I use it to tow our 5th Wheel & am seriously worried about towing it in the Spring, as well as daily driving in around. It has now been 14 months and there still is no repair for this Recall issued in Nov 2024.
