RAM recall dates December 2024 on ABS failure. Received letter a long time ago. However, RAM still says parts are unavailable and it's been 18 months. This is ridiculous. Failure includes Cruise Control turned off. Audible sounds and warning lights on Dash.

It has been 3 years of our ABS failing due to a Brake HCU not being replaced. Now the engine light comes on due to issues with the Electronic Braking System. We cannot use this to travel due to the cruise control going out as soon as the ABS light goes on which is every 5 minutes. Why is this allowed to be on recall but ‘ no fix has been determined’?!!!! We need answers.

Antilock brake module failure. This is my second complaint for my Ram Truck HCU ABS under recall 24V-896. My dash indicator for ABS has been on and off now for over six months. My other complaint number was 11700373 I guess I just keep driving my truck without antilock brakes. This safety recall was issued Sept 2024 and there is still No parts available. Sounds like the company is waiting for my truck to rust out so they don't have to pay for the repair.
