The contact became aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22T006000 (Tires) and contacted the manufacturer for recall repair; however, the manufacturer informed the contact that they could not complete the recall repair because he was not the original tire owner. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
